Dr Leong successfully repaired issues in both of my daughter’s knees that had been downplayed for years by others. She went over all the options with us and explained things in great detail. On surgery day she can to see us before they got started and came out to talk to me as soon as she was done. I was hesitant for her to get a surgery due to her age but I’m so thankful we did and even more thankful we chose Dr Leong. I referred a co worker of mine that had a great experience as well. If you need and Orthopedic Surgeon she is really the best in the area!

I respect Dr. Leong. She is knowledgable, friendly & takes time to listen to what's going on.The office is friendly but very disorganized. Appointments in person are well organized. There's even a dry erase board with estimated 'wait times' posted. Appointments online are awful. I'm a teacher so my schedule is inflexible. When I made my online appointments I reminded them of my schedule. It took 4 attempts to see the dr. Attempt#1:They didn't enter the appt in their schedule. They tried to see me later in the day; I said I'm not available but they still sent me a link for a new appointment (attempt #2) 5 minutes in the future. That's right. 5 mins; I didn't see the text until long after the appt. Attempt #3:They did not send me the link for the appointment. Attempt #4... no link was sent. I called the office. They said they don't send links until the appt is ready. The doc was 25 min late for a 15 minute appt. The front desk said that the dr needs a 60 min window B4 & afterwards.

I saw Dr. Leong for my right knee that has been bothering me for over six months. They took x-rays and she went over my problem and options. She listens to her patients and give them the best options.

She has been with me through thick and thin with my injury. She gave me a clear diagnosis and answered all of my questions. She gave a clear game plan for my plan road to recovery, and she has checked on me every step of the way. Her University Of Maryland Sports Medicine background made me super comfortable. So I knew her knowledge of my injury and recovery was solid. Treating with Dr. Leong was a no brainer and she mad the transition from injury to recovery flawless. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

It was easy to get the appointment, and the staff greeted me immediately upon my arrival. It was almost no waiting at all. Dr. Leong read my x-rays and explained my injury in detail. The treatment worked very well, I am quite pleased.

From my first appointment, I could see Dr. Leong was a superstar physician. She listened to my concerns! She allowed me to try a non-surgical remedy before going for the surgery (another ortho I went to would not). She then flawlessly executed my knee surgery and called HERSELF to make sure all was well that night. Not only that, SHE made my followup appointment while we were on the phone. How incredible is that? Spectacular bedside manner and a talented physician/surgeon/scientist! They don't come any better.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated kindly and respectfully. Everyone in the office was friendly and engaging. I had no wait time. I was in and out in less the 45 minutes which included intake, x-rays, plus being seen by Dr. Leong twice, once for her assessment and then for a cortisone injection. She listened intently, asked thoughtful questions and was empathetic to my discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Leong and her staff for your orthopedic needs!

I went to see Dr. Leong after checking her education and patient reviews. I was having shoulder and bicep pain. I had 2 cortisone injections that were unsuccessful, leading to surgery. I have been pleased with my care from the beginning. Dr. Leong is knowledgeable and has been caring throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything in layman's terms, even though she knew I am a nurse and understood medical terminology. She will be my Ortho MD going forward.

I’ve been struggling with my acute pain above my left knee cap that eventually developed into a chronic condition for the past month. I was running behind because I had drop our infant off at daycare in the am. They were really cordial and quick to check me in, got my radiographs taken and the doctor was able to review them with me in the room and almost immediately diagnosed me with quadriceps tendonitis. Very pleased, Dr. Leong is highly professional and very thorough. She went over all my treatment options one-by-one and at no point was I pressured to pursue any of these options if I was not comfortable with them. She also does prp treatments which in my world (the veterinary medicine world/I am a veterinarian) is very cutting edge. Brownie points because she’s a fellow Malaysian!

I believe the doc is a real life miracle worker an she gave me my leg back, bc of her I am still able to work walk ride a bike a live my life my .

I was injured a few months ago after being avaluated by another doctor, that took a month to be seen, I was told my injury was too serious for them to help me and recommended Dr. Leong. With in a week I was scene evaluated and scheduled for surgery.If I wasn't for Dr.Leong I wouldn't be able to walk ,I will never be 100% due to my injury but I am back to normal I can do almost everything I was capable before my injury. I foresee no problems from my injury in the future and that's mostly impart to my wonderful Doctor. I highly recommend Dr.leong she is amazing.

My experience was great! Dr. Leong is a great surgeon who takes care and does a job that leaves you better than when you started.

The care she gives is above and beyond. I’m so glad I found such a wonderful doctor in my search for having knee pain and needing surgery.

My appointment with Dr. Leong was less than ideal. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm. The day of the appointment, at 2:45, I receive a call request to come in sooner. Due to work, I came on time & upon arrival, I was greeted with a "We called you to come in earlier". Then the doctor was staring at me while completing my form. We briefly did an evaluation and she requested x-rays, that frankly were unnecessary. As soon as I stepped out to get x-rays, I saw her leave for the day. I got my x-rays and then the tech escorted me to her room to go over them. I informed her she left for the day and she was confused. I asked if she was going to call me to review them, and she didn't know how to answer. A few days later I called to follow up. The doctor did not call but her assistant did. Briefly went over the x-rays and encouraged me that I could have gone to the portal to get this information. I was really disappointed with the unprofessionalism provided.

As a first time surgery patient, Dr. Leong was everything I needed in that experience, she was very informative, transparent, realistic and most importantly reassuring, she gave me the confidence that her expertise would allow for me to do the things I was doing before my surgery was never and she hasn't proven me wrong yet

My visits with Dr. Leong were productive and informative. Surgery went very well with no complications.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Leong. She was an astute and attentive provider. Although she did not treat me directly, she correctly diagnosed my issue and put me on the right path to a solution. She was an active listener and did not cut me off but asked me questions in order to get a clearer picture of my problem. She clearly explained her reasoning and answered my numerous questions without a smidge of condescension. Her insight saved me a lot of wasted time and effort. She responded quickly to messages on MyPortfolio. Her office staff members were flexible and accommodating. Overall, she was pleasant to have as a doctor.

Dr. Leong is an incredible doctor! She did an amazing job explaining my injury and treatment options in complete detail. She was very easy to talk to, friendly, and attentive to every concern I had. Truthfully, I was very nervous because it was my first surgery, but seeing how caring and knowledgable Dr. Leong was, I felt a lot comfortable going into the procedure. Throughout my recovery period, she was easy to contact and remained open to any questions I had about recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! Thanks again Dr. Leong!
