Dr. Natalie Hua, DPM

I was referred to this doctor due to severe case of plantar fasciitis. She advised that she was going to inject the heal area with a steroid. There was no discussion of other options - simply a statement. I asked if she was going to use ultrasound to guide the injection. She stated she had done thousands of these injections and no need for ultrasound. (last time I had PF the doctor I saw used ultrasound and it worked). After the injection my PF got worse and worse. She gave me home PT instructions. I did them as directed - they were extremely painful and the PF continued to get worse. I went to a physical therapist who advised the PT instructions the doctor had given me was were too aggressive. I eventually went to an orthopedist who injected my heal with a steroid while using ultrasound - my PF was gone in a few days. He stated that all heals and cases of PF are different and that ultrasound is only way to proceed with a steroid injection.

Not really a necessary visit. My primary doctor already prescribed medication, so there was nothing for Dr Hua to do.

She shows understanding of the circumstances that influence the treatment timeline.She also prompt and prepared.

Dr.Hua is patient oriented while listening to the issues,assessing the problems and planning for options and solutions.She simplified the message by reviewing my xrays ( present vs past),pointing out the changes ,listing options for treatment and pain relief. Being an RN and knowing the criteria for care Dr Hua set a new standard for excellence.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick we were able to get in to see Dr. Hua., especially being a new patient. Dr Hua was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a manner that was easy to understand.

Waited 45 minutes, she gave me options that she knew I wouldn’t do then recommended a 40%urea cream that she said she would call in so I could get it the same day because I was leaving town the next day. Apparently she didn’t bother. Obviously in a hurry and didn’t feel I needed anything. Won’t go back.

I have had 7+ foot surgeries and been through my share of podiatrists, she has been by far the best surgeon I’ve had. I appreciate her straightforward approach. I worked in the medical field for 17+ years, this is been one of the most efficient offices I’ve been to, never been stuck waiting for long periods of time. Fast, efficient and gets the job done perfectly, what more could you ask for!

I hurt my ancle and was referred to tmc orthopedic. Dr. Hua took care of me and made me feel much better.

Excellent diagnostic skills. Warm and friendly. Answered questions and offered helpful suggestions. Office and radiology staff also excellent.

The office was well organized and the wait was minimal. We were checked in, x-rays taken and finished with doctor in less than an hour! That's unheard of these days. Dr. Hua was friendly and thorough.

Dr. Hua was fine, I don’t know if it’s her or her staff, but had an in office procedure and attempting to get back to them re: the Rx, not being called in after being told 3 times what pharmacy we used. It’s Wed., 6:45 p.m and it STILL hasn’t been received by the doctors office. Procedure was Monday morning. Advised staff still in pain, but would not extend work excuse.

I had a great experience with Dr. Hua; however, I must add my experience with her staff. I am on crutches and struggling. I was attempting to get to the exam room on crutches, carrying my hand and and the clipboard of paperwork I received when checking in. The medical aid offed no help until I almost fell and asked for it. She was helpful and took my handbag and clipboard but not until I asked for help. I would think they should be more aware and observant of patient needs and fall risks.

Dr. Hua took the time to read and explain my x-ray results; the results were also out into my portal almost immediately. Both the TOI and Dr. Hua are very professional and would recommend Dr. Hua for any foot issues.

I have been a patient for a few years and am very happy with the care I have received. Dr. Hua takes the time to explain everything to you. Will continue to seek care as long as needed.

Dr. Hua misdiagnosed my problem and performed topaz coblation which was unnecessary. The neurologist she sent me to did not perform a nerve conduction test which is exactly what was needed, and yet Dr. Hua said she had to believe in her colleague without question. I'm sooooo glad I went to another doctor and got a second opinion. I'm finally getting help.

Dr. Hua is very professional, thorough, and efficient. Office visits are short yet concise. The doctor is personable and compassionate.

She was very fast and knowledgeable. She obviously is very good in applying her professional skills. I give her 5 stars.

Dr Hua saw me promptly and was able to deal with my broken toe in the least invasive way first. I feel very confident in her knowledge and abilities.
