HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My ObGyn recommended me to Dr Gould after diagnosing me with uterine cancer. My OBGyn gave me a print out with the Doctor's Name, Phone Number and Address. Unfortunately, the address on the forms was the doctor's OLD ADDRESS but how was I to know? I called the office and made an appointemt for just a couple days away. When my appointment was scheduled, the call lasted less than a minute and the only thing I was told was that my appointment was at 10:30 NOTHING ELSE! I went to my appointment, but unfortunately because my someone had not updated Dr Gould's current address, we ended up at Dr. Gould's OLD Address. I called them immediately and told them what happened and asked if I should still come in or reschedule. The girl on the phone put me on hold a minute, then told me to come in. When I got there, the girl at the front desk called me up and scolded me for being late. She asked me if I had filled out my new patient paperwork. This was the first I had heard of it! NO ONE Told me that I needed anything else other than to show up and I do know for a fact that they had my patient file sent to them from my OBGYN. She said I was supposed to be there at 10 AM Not the 10:30 the person who made my appointment said...so that I could fill out the paperwork and she kept saying I was over an hour late. No apologies for the wrong information...no way, just them trying to hurt you. I explained the entire situation: 1. I was given the wrong address. 2. I had called when I realized I was at the wrong address. 3. I was told to come in anyway. She wanted to know who I spoke to and the person who answered the phone never identified themselves and I had no idea that that information would ever be useful. She informed me that the doctor had already marked me a "No Show" so it's too late, despite them telling me to come in. I was very upset. I feel like every moment that passes, I might be getting worse. I kept explaining that none of this was my fault because: 1. I was given the wrong address. I was told to come in anyway. 3. No One told me to come early. Though my first appointment was made just a couple days away, now she wanted to schedule me very far away... weeks away! I felt like this horrible person was abusing her power to punish me. She doesn't care about my health situation, she is going to make people suffer. There were so many mistakes made by the front office and but in the end, they are willing to endanger your life over their own horrific incompetence.

Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Unsatisfactory...her office requirements are an abuse of the Medicare process...don’t expect good care from an office that appears to be reluctant to treat seniors On Medicare

I was diagnosed with a fibroid in 2017 but I was so scared of surgery that I thought I could just live with it. Unfortunately the fibroid kept growing and making mi life very hard as it started affecting a lot of body functions and it took all my energy from me. There were many, many days where I couldn't even get out of bed and I got anemic and couldn't even work, couldn't travel, couldn't even go out with the family and it was affecting all of us. Finally after 3 years I had to go get the surgery. Meeting Dr. Gould put me at ease at once. She was very professional, I could tell she knows her field in and out, she was caring, informative and funny. I knew right there I was in good hands. She did the surgery, I had no complications, everything has been perfect and I saw her again last week and she gave me a clean bill of health. As of now I have all my energy back, my body has returned to normal, I am happy again and looking forward to the country re-opening to get back to normal. I r

dr gould got me in a very timely manner

Informative, direct, answered all questions I had, not hurried. She instilled me with confidence in her abilities, thinking process & everything else you might need in a Doctor. I now feel at ease & ready for my surgery. I worked for Doctors since I was 16 years old until I was disabled & couldn't drive. She is great in my opinion!

We had a verbal agreement and she did not keep her word she did it as she please do not ever trust her take her for her word

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Gould, and she was very patient, and she explained everything that I was going through well. Also, the employees in the office were very nice, as well as the staff.

Dr. Gould is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She has such a positive attitude for her patients. I trust her completely.

Dr. Gould is focused and easy to talk with. Great bedside manner and tells you the facts in a no nonsense approach. She handled my surgery with excellence and skill. I felt in good hands from the moment I met her. She has good follow up techniques and her staff is friendly.

I have seen Dr. Gould 3 times in the past 2 months. Once for a pap smear, a cone biopsy, and a follow up visit. I found her to be friendly, competent, and reassuring. She is not given to small talk, but will patiently answers any questions you have about your health. I liked her a lot.

Experienced and knowledgable but horrible bedside manner. If you are looking for a caring compassionate dr who will take time to answer your questions, do not go to Dr. Gould. And office staff is very rude!

All she cares is about getting paid. Cold blodded ,careless and to busy for afollow up. Please find someone that really cares for you health.
