Short wait for appointment. Very friendly staff. Dr. Bene explained my procedure in great detail and answered all my questions. I'm happy with the results of the procedure. I got an immediate appointment when I had a severe skin rash. Appointment not rushed. Successfully treated my roseaca. Very happy with Dr. Bene's practice.

Do not go here. Had skin cancer removed from my arm. Left a huge scar. Visited a plastic surgeon and another doctor since and they both said she cut wrong and left an unnecessary huge scar!! Another basil cell was surgically removed and left a scar. Another doctor prescribed a cream for another small area and that worked without surgery. Money hungry and do unnecessary surgeries without even trying other options first!!

Just had my annual appointment with Monica (PA) and she was wonderful. She took her time and answered all my questions (even the crazy ones) with a smile and professionalism. She also gave me suggestions concerning my skin and dryness. The front desk staff were personable and professional as well and I had little weight time.

I went in for a biopsy 8/28/23 and was treated by Nurse Practitioner Lizzie and I think the assistant's name was Deb. No waiting, Lizzie and Deb were friendly, explained everything, and answered questions I asked before, during, and after the procedure. My skin was red around the site on 9/1. I called the office, which had already closed. The recording gave a number to call if you were a patient and needed to talk with someone. Dr. Bene herself answered! She listened, asked questions, answered mine, and prescribed a topical antibiotic. Today, the Saturday before Labor Day, Dr. Bene called to follow up and see how I was feeling. She had also gotten the biopsy results, several days earlier than expected. During that same call, she was able to schedule an appointment next week for surgery. Again, this is on a holiday weekend! I'm impressed and know I'm in good hands.

It s not you but your office staff!!!

Dr & PA were knowledgeable and professional however office staff were inept. I waited for almost and hour for a follow up appt, PA said visit would be no charge. Staff billed insurance but used old ins instead of current ins, didn't get paid and sent to collections for a visit that was supposed to be comp.

I have had great personal care from Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center of York for several years. Dr Bene Keeps me well informed and up to date. Her Surgical skill's are excellent. Her PA Monica and Kelly are very through and make you fee at ease during your appointment. Both are very professional. I would recommend that anyone who needs a dermatologist to get in touch with this office.

Waited over an hour and never saw her. I walked out. This place is a joke.

I always love my visits with Kellie! She explains things so clearly and takes as much time as I need. She genuinely cares about me -- remembers my wife's name and the names of my children and always asks about them. She is lovely!

I love this place!!! All the staff here is extremely friendly and help you make the best decision for whats right for you. They wont try to sell you the most expensive beauty procedure they have. Katie took her time to explain to me what would be done my first time here and I haven't been able to stop coming back. She is so kind and is the reason for my skin being so clear.

i go in monthly for laser treatments. staff is always friendly. they know things about me and always remember to ask how things are ...how was my trip etc. very pleased. great results with my treatment
