Extremely Uncomfortable
Telehealth
I was genuinely uncomfortable with the thought that she had all of my health information. Very rude, tapping her finger, saying 'I do not have time for this.' I excused myself soon after the meeting started.

Needs to update her bio
Telehealth
Respectfully, it feels like she needs to get a psychiatrist herself for her menopause and needs to retire. She also needs to update her bio because she doesn't seem LGBTQA friendly, and she questioned my prescriptions and why I need them. Like, ma'am, I have a chart and you can see it. I've sent you a list of medications I needed, and I've taken them for a while. Why you implying that I don't need it?

Worst Psychiatrist Ever
Telehealth
My insurance changed and I needed to find a new psychiatrist. Our first visit, she was very apathetic, but I didn’t really care. But when I needed a refill of my new prescription she gave me, she disappeared for 3 weeks. So I filled my prescription elsewhere because I was out. When I made a new appointment with her she was extremely angry, rude, dismissive, and asked why I even set up an appointment with her when I “already” have a psychiatrist. I tried to give her a chance, I visited her 3x, but she is awful. I’d rather be depressed the rest of my life than to ever deal with this woman again.

Terrible Terrible
Telehealth
Very rude and questioned my reasoning for getting help. Seems to me she is in the wrong field and may need to get help herself. Her tone was very rude, and she seems to be upset for someone reaching out for help. Didn't understand it at all. I end up disconnecting the call on her.

Rude kept interrupting me and then would get upset if I interrupted her. If I had a serious mental health problem I doubt she is someone I’d open up to.

Do not go to this ‘doctor’
Telehealth
Extremely dismissive and rude. Told me by ‘issues are too complex’ and when I started crying, she seemed to be uncomfortable and hung up the video call and continued on a regular phone call. She spoke over me and googled nearby psychiatrists for me to see in person instead of attempting to help me herself. What a horrible doctor to have as a listing under psychiatry. Most unempathetic person to have a degree in something that absolutely requires it. Do yourself a favor and don’t book with her, even if she’s the soonest available. She’s not worth a visit, whether you’re paying with insurance or out of pocket.

Does not listen
Telehealth
After telling her that I was depressed, full of despair about the world and felt that I would be better off dead, she immediately said I’m suicidal and I should call 9-1-1 because I am threatening to hurt myself. I had to stop her and say that I do not have suicidal thoughts. I then informed her of my alcohol consumption and she referred me to clinics “that were in my town” only for me to look them up and the clinics were nowhere near me. She simply did a google search and gave me the first two phone number that popped up and those were likely boosted ad listings.

Dismissive and rude
ALL REVIEWS ARE TRUE. Please stay away from this psychiatrist; she frankly is dismissive and derogatory. In our visit she claimed I was trying to get pills because I 'self-diagnosed' when I was diagnosed by a therapist at the age of 19 not even knowing what my disorder meant at the time, and told me to go get medicine from my therapist if she counts as a doctor 'why come to a psychiatrist then?'. Never have I ever had such an awful experience with any doctor such as this woman. No one should experience medical treatment like this. At the end of the session when she asked if I had further question, and I asked one. She ignored me and refused to answer as she was sipping water. When I asked her for an alternative action plan for my disorder, she told me to 'go back to the same book and try again' She is not an empathetic being and doesn't belong in this field

Was told she could not help me due to being on meds already. Asked several times what kind of dr I should be seeing, finally after the third time she said yes after I made a suggestion. Wish I had seen these reviews prior to making an appointment with her

A danger to patients
Telehealth
I saw this provider today and I am still in disbelief that I was treated so horribly. As a psychiatrist, her dismissive and non-empathetic manner is a danger to mental health patients as myself. Please avoid this Provider as I am concerned for other patients.

Rude, Incompetent
Contacted Dr. Manevich about having a psych eval done so that I can continue to receive my HRT medication, as that is a new requirement in Florida. As a touring artist, I must see a psychiatrist in the state I’m in for this. I explained this to her, and she very rudely let me know that she had “never heard of a psych eval being required” and I should “just see someone in Florida.” I explained that it’s a new law and my current situation and she just flat out refused to help me. I also expressed needing an evaluation for an appropriate psychiatrist’s note to continue to receive accommodations at Universal in Florida, as they now require a doctors note (my accommodations are all relative to my mental illness), and she again said “you should contact someone in Florida, the park is in Florida.” It’s a theme park visited from all over the world. Yet again, all that matters is that whoever I see is in the same state I am presently in. She is not only rude, but completely incompetent.

Rude woman
She literally hung up on me because I let her know that she was being rude. She berated me because I missed two previous appointments, I understand the principle. I told her it would not happen again and she also told me it was "not her fault I was having financial difficulties" just because I mentioned I had to pay every time I see her. I never said I had any difficulties. Her tone of voice was rude and I think it's ridiculous how she had the audacity to hang up on me. SHE IS MISERABLE

HORRIBLE experience that left me in tears!
I had to switch from an amazing and compassionate psychiatrist due to a change in insurance and I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Dr. Manevich was rude, inconsiderate, and treated me like a drug fiend/liar for medication I’ve been taking for years and have helped me immensely. She had no bedside manners, is condescending, and even seems to poke fun at times. I called Teledoc and submitted a complaint from how disturbed I felt after our call.
