She is AMAZING!
My experience with Dr. Baldo has been amazing. She has helped me with my iron and birth control. She does get to the point in appointments but I like it that way. She will answer questions if asked however.

Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Baldo. If I could give zero stars i would. She gave me three minutes of time and had zero compassion, care, or medical attention. It took over a month to get in and now I have to find a new primary. I am appalled. Do not waste your time going to her. You will leave as flabbergasted as I did.

NOt happy with the way the front office handled my "establishing a primary care" Been in Reno over3 yeras and never established PCP, but the gal insisted I did have one and so they bumped me to August (from May) as I'm labeled a transfer, so transfers get treated much different! Beware.

I was looking to get set up with a primary provider and Dr Baldo was first available to see me. She took less than 5 minutes for our first visit. Anything I requested she would refer me to a specialist in the area. I requested a full set of labs to be done to check for cholesterol and diabetes etc... When the results came in she wouldn't call me to tell me over the phone for the results. She had scheduled a telemedicine visit to tell my results and started me on diet an exercise and charged me a televisit when she could of just told me over the phone. AWFUL.

I've had a medical problem for FOUR YEARS that has had me almost feeling, at times, suicidal. Two doctors and a specialist in the Bay Area offered no help. Dr. Baldo offered a solution right off the top of her head, and she was right. I'm OK now. Big thumbs up for this physician, who was more on top of things than a specialist !!!

I was hesitant to see Dr. Baldo after reading these reviews, but I needed a new primary care manager. I had a very positive experience with her. She listented to what I had to say, asked necessary questions and explained how their Medical Group worked. I would recommed her to friends and family.

Beside manner is awful. She doesn't talk or provide adequate follow through. Never once does she schedule a follow-up visit when you have an issue. Instead, her staff might call you with results and doesn't provide you with any next steps... even though you are still having issues. I have had them tell me that tests were negative, but when I get the report myself, they are definitely abnormal; showing something wrong. The only thing she is good at is referring you to a specialist.

Dr. Baldo's bedside manner is AWFUL. She is 100% disinterested in what you tell her, and she lets it show - I don't expect to be coddled, but I do expect very basic concern about my health. Monotone speech (though she barely talks), everything about her body language suggesting steely indifference and boredom. I had a list of health issues I was experiencing and she very bluntly told me to stop going over them since she'd only address 1 problem per visit. What?? Her staff are almost as bad.

I wish I could only give her a 1/10 of 1 star! The most absolute worse doctor on the face of the planet ever. She is absolutely worthless. I can give you a dozen examples, but I can say she that she does whatever she feels like doing regardless or your issues. She doesn't listen at all to anything at all that you have to say. She just wants to check your blood pressure & charge you for a office visit without doing anything. She refuses to help people that have any ailments.

My experience with Dr. Baldo was not pleasant and I would definitely rate her at the bottom of the list of good Doctors. I have been fortunate to have had great Family Practitioners in the past, however Dr. Baldo was not one of them. She was not only rude and inpatient, but never listened to what advice I received from my prior Doctor of 12 years. My prior Doctor was patient and always willing to take into consideration the health and concerns of all her patients and to provide them with the pr

Horrible experience. I was going through some health issues at the time and told her I was having heart palpitations. I thought I was having a heart attack but later I realized I had anxiety. She said it was all in my head and that I was fine. She also ordered a Vitamin D test and never told me about it so I had to pay $300 out of pocket. My overall experience with this doctor was extremely poor and I would not recommend anyone to go see her.

Doctor Baldo has been our internist for several years and we could not be happier. She listens and responds to requests. She is thorough in her exams and does not hesitate to refer us to a specialist if required. Prescription requests are written promptly and correctly. She is very experienced and we trust her judgment.

Dr. Baldo herself is responsive to the needs of her patients. Her office staff, however, is not. The attitude of paternalism and of dictating, by rote, what information must be collected during each visit, without attempting to personalize the care of the patient is frankly appalling and maddening. By not participating in what is "required" during an office visit, the implied consequence of barring the physician visit if compliance is not done.

The front desk workers are very unprofessional. Speaking of their partying lifestyle, plenty loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear. The wait time to get back to see the doctor was over 45 minutes with me being the first one to be seen. The two girls were too busy talking and inappropriately laughing to process me through at any rate of speed. Very rude to their patients. The nursing staff, very short, not talkative. The doctor very unfriendly. I will continue to look.
