Highly recommended
I never write reviews, but I came across one with one star and no explanation, which made me angry. How could people do this!I was incredibly lucky that Dr. Anchipolovsky was recommended to me long ago and I became her patient. This is a very attentive and highly qualified endocrinologist, who is not so easy to find. This is a doctor who has a versatile approach to your problem, which is very important for this specialty. She recommended a holistic approach to weight loss that finally worked for me. I had a pleasant experience with her office work and well-organized business in general. When I was there I never had to wait.I highly recommend Dr. Anchipolovsky as an excellent professional and a very nice person.

Wonderful doctor
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anchipolovsky and her office. No wait time, and everything excellently organized. Dr. Anchipolovsky is superb. She listens carefully, makes you calm down, thinks through your problem and discusses in detail the choice of solutions with you, then comes up with the best one. She is very knowledgeable, gives you all the attention and time she can, and cares deeply about the patient. Dr. Anchipolovsky is one of the best doctors I have dealt with. I left with a lot of hope, I carefully follow all her instructions, and the problem I have is rapidly improving.

Very Frustraiting Office
Office is disorganized. Waited for almost an hour to see the nurse practitioner (mostly time in the office, not just time spent in the waiting room, why did they call me in?). Actual visit was less than 15mins of them talking me into getting a very expensive blood test done. Weeks later they followed up virtually to let me know they did not find wrong in the blood test, but threw an RX at me anyway. Turns out I was allergic to the RX and called them to let them know I would not take it anymore. They did not offer any other alternatives or advice, so I paid for the visit over the phone just to be done with the experience. I probably would not have written this up if they had not started sending new bills 6 MONTHS later. Apparently they had not yet charged me for the virtual visit, and I needed to pay more. I had to call to clarify because their bills all say "PROCEDURE" without any explanation to what service they provided (but I would not call this a service).

Not Satisfactory at all
Dr. Anchipolovsky is a decent doctor but does not listen to everything especially about insurance when prescribing medication. The office staff is rude and not easy to work with. Paid out of pocket when not in my insurance plan buy my choice and then when in my plan they sent a bill for $169 to collections and told me I could not be a patient anymore. That is terrible and not a good physician or process. I wasn't skipping out on the bill if they had a portal that worked maybe they would have been paid faster. I was not in the office since receiving the bill and have not even been called since rushed to the hospital for reason being treated from Dr. Anchipolovsky. So therefore I will not allow to be treated by this doctor anymore if these are ethics.

If I could give zero stars, I would
The Worst office experience of my life. Not only is the front desk staff rude and obnoxious, the APN and actual doctor DON’T listen to the patient. I had a severe hormonal imbalance, estrogen FAR too low for a woman my age, and testosterone through the roof. They told me my levels were normal, and to just gain weight, problem was, weight was Not going to feminine places. My levels were anything but normal, estrogen kept dropping and testosterone kept rising. My resting heart rate showed that, it was incredibly high, which is a direct indicator of severely low estrogen in a woman (something a hormonal Dr should recognize). I’m so glad I listened to my body, and fought for estrogen from my OBGYN. I’m finally starting to feel normal again on HRT. Do NOT waste your time with this office, they will let you leave still feeling awful. I ended up in the ER will heart palpitations which could have led to a heart attack, all due to my hormonal imbalance. Self diagnosis is why I’m alive today.

Dr. Anchipolovsky is fantastic ! Her devoted care and knowledge, helped me finally get my diabetes under control , My sugar was in the 350 range and is now 110 ish ! Her staff is very extremely accommodating and friendly. The Dr. spends as much time as needed with patient to cover all the bases . You may need to be patient and be prepared to wait a little bit but the level of care is well worth any wait !!

Dr. Ancho and Kathe are great however staff is not. Vera is the biller, who is horrible. She is rude and told me I had a huge balance from last year and this year. I asked why i was never told of it she stated they mailed it to me, I said I never got anything and she was unable to show proof of said letter. She billed my old insurance which I no longer have. She also came to the waiting room and took a patients blood glucose in front of other patients. She is the worst and reason I am leaving.

I had an appointment. There was no one to greet me. I sat there for an hour. Other patients came in and were tended to. I was there between work times. Could not sit there any longer. Left, very upset. Will not go back.

She is an amazing doctor. There may be a bit of a wait time, but at least she doesn't rush you when it's your turn. So the level of individual attention is superior; hence the possible longer wait. I would take that any day compared to someone who looks you once over with your bloodwork and then shows you the door. She listens to all of your concerns and explains how any prescribed medical treatment may or may not have adverse effects. Highly Recommend!

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours! Every time I go here I prepare myself mentally for being there 3 hours on average. It is torture. The doctor is fabulous but making people wait that long is insane.

Dr. Anchipolovsky is invested in each patient she sees. I decided I wanted her to be my endocrinologist after caring for one of her patients in the hospital where I worked (as an RN). She takes her job everywhere she goes, and if a patient needs her, she is available. She genuinely cares about the best interest of each patient she sees.

I have never experience such rude staff in my life, the Russian receptionist was so rude and obnoxious, I was speechless. I didn't even have a chance to get a word in! Put it this way, I would rather die of diabetes before going to this office. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
