He responded quickly when I had a question regarding my Tx plan.

I hesitate to praise Dr Gunaratnam to the skies and back, because I'm certain he will attract a large group of loyal patients. I was blown away by his demeanor, his patience, his knowledge, his willingness to answer questions. And the answers were all thorough and understandable. I was so impressed that I did something I have NEVER done before in my long life at a first appointment. I asked If Garry Nims (of whom I am sister and guardian) could become his patient. Please be kind and good and generous with Dr Gunaratnam. He is definitely a keeper.

He did most of the talking. Lots to explain. I asked him to explain a few things & he did. Drew examples on paper.

The doctor was good and I was comfortable with him. I needed to ask about which drugs he was taking about - he used the proper names. I had to ask for the drugs layman's names.

Dr. G explained very clearly the findings of my procedure. He also discussed future plans and modifications that I need to make. He is very kind and calm. My endoscopy procedure went very smoothly
