I’m so disappointed, I used to love going to Dr. Mitchell’s, the office runs efficiently and she seemed so personal, but the last time I went I was told I couldn’t discuss any of my health concerns at my annual physical. What is a physical for if not preventive medicine? I understand that there may not be time to discuss specific health concerns in depth but at a physical your doctor should ask you if you’ve experienced any changes in your health or if you have any concerns and then they can at least explains that will require an additional longer appointment to address these concerns... without these questions your doctor can be missing something very important. I tried to make excuses that it’s just the insurance company policies and not Dr. Mitchell’s fault but then my best friend who is also a patient of Dr. Mitchell went for her physical (was told the same thing as me about addressing any health concerns) then she went for her mammogram, received a form letter from the email p
