Competent, caring PCP
Dr. Mani has a wonderful balance of strengths. Competency is required. Whereas my hip problems had previously been downplayed, her attentiveness and patient exploration quickly convinced her that there was a serious problem. She was right, and I became quickly aware of the diagnosis and options. In that first meeting I was also struck by how she engaged and communicated. She is respectful. She listens well. She's compassionate. I felt like she considered me a fellow human being, not the next appointment or project, not a lowly patient. Another recent visit have underscored all of these observations. She was thorough and perceptive. She disagreed with my suspicions based on family history, but communicated her reasoning respectfully. Her gentle approach helped me to listen. She wasn't hurried or pushy. She agreed that the X-ray I wanted would be helpful. It proved that her assessment was correct. Competency, compassion, patience , and great communication!

Fantastic PCP
Dr. Mani is fantastic. I see her myself and for my infant. She is caring, thoughtful, listens well, and is very thorough in explaining any concerns, treatment options, and recommendations. She has shown herself to be knowledgeable about long-term approaches to chronic issues, including weight management. She not judgemental and is realistic about treatment plans.

Dr Mani is the real deal
I've seen Doc Mani for years. She's worked to help me recover from alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety, broken bones and panic attacks. She's cool, smart, and immediately on first impression you realize you're dealing with someone who genuinely, deeply cares about her patient's quality of life. Doc Mani is one in a million.

Do not recommend Dr. Mani as a PCP, she shows very less regard for patients health and welfare. In all my interactions with her have consistently felt that her diagnosis was off and always had to seek a second opinion for treating any condition. Would strongly suggest to steer clear as it's very hard to put faith in her diagnosis.

She's wonderful, down to earth and listens to you like you're a real human being. She's also pretty meticulous, but also in a very approachable kind of way. I've recommended her to friends and family.

Avoid if you need antibiotics. She doesn't prescribe antibiotics or any life-saving, career-saving + relationship-saving trearments, except she'll force you into mental health care.

She is AMAZING! Patient, kind, validating, thoughtful, and such a skilled doctor. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Especially for people who have had negative experiences in the past with feeling rushed or invalidated by doctors, she is absolutely stellar.

As a highly stressful and needy patient (read: health anxiety) I have found Dr. Mani to be obliging and caring in spending time with me discussing my concerns and finding timely solutions to my issues. She speaks candidly and pulls no punches (without being insensitive) which I prefer in a healthcare provider. Highly recommend.
