Dr Murphy is an excellent Dr. She listens and gives me information that will help me. She's kinda straight forward, just like me. Which is good. Everyone of my other Drs say she is the best, and I think so too. I hate to see her go. I would follow her if she was close by

Dr. Nancy Murphy is an excellent doctor. She is very caring and always puts my health first. She has helped me to take better care of myself in order to have a better life. She always takes the time to go over my chart and discusses my health issues with me. Dr. Nancy Murphy is the best doctor I have ever had at Novant Health. Novant Health needs more doctors like her!!

She only has good bedside manner for those who don't ask questions, but will quickly turn cold & impatient if you bring up alternative options to what she wants to prescribe -i.e. less expensive, less invasive treatments. And God forbid you mention herbs and supplements as an option for Any health issue - expect condescension. She would much rather over prescribe antibiotics, narcotics, or any other 'easy fix' (but high side affect) drug she is surely getting a kick for from big pharma.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Murphy since she started at healthcare. She has ALWAYS been insensitive, condescending, and rude. My father recently passed. My mother missed her appointment because my father is dead. He was her ride everywhere. I couldnt take her because I had pneumonia. My mother is one of the lucky few who got away from that heffer because she has a new primary care physician. Which is what Nancy Murphy suggested she do anyway. What a shame that there are doctors like this

Dr. Murphy took my grandma off of blood pressure medicine because her bp was fine (I was there, I heard her say it). What she didnt explain to us was that the medicine was messing with her kidneys and my grandmother ended up with a UTI. She also more recently had her nurse call my grandmother and tell her to basically find a new doctor closer to us because she cant make appointments; Even after we explained our only ride had pneumonia. Very rude.

Dr. Murphy has been my doctor for over 15 years. She is wonderful! She is thorough and has my well-being at heart. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Nancy Murphy has been my personal physician for many years and has always been extremely caring and personable. She is very exceptional because she cares about her patients and really listens when you go to her for any problem. She is also very knowledgeable and up-to-date on all new medical information. I could not ask for better treatment and travel 2 hours to specifically see her!!!

Today was my 2nd visit with her. The 1st visit she was very rude and cold. I thought maybe she'd had a bad day and decided to give her another shot. Same thing today. She seemed very uninterested and as if I was bothering her. I've gone to WS Healthcare since I was a child and regret having to find another physician, but i will be.

I am disabled and needed her to fill out some paper work to get me a new wheelchair. She was very rude about it and every time I saw her she acted like she didn't have time for me.
