Dismissive, Unprofessional, False Documentaion!
I had a deeply disappointing and hurtful experience with my time as her patient, I felt that my concerns were constantly dismissed. When I described the physical and mental struggles I was experiencing, I was met with skepticism and judgment rather than understanding. It was clear that she didn’t believe me & on more than one occasion, I felt as though I was being accused of lying about my symptoms.Additionally, I was very concerned when I later discovered that inaccurate information had been documented in my medical chart. This false information not only misrepresented my health but also impacted my trust in the care I was receiving. A doctor’s professional integrity is essential, and I believe that accurate documentation and a respectful, patient-centered approach are fundamental to quality care.Ultimately, my experience with Dr. Nancy Mansour was incredibly negative, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, understanding, and professional doctor.

Took my teen daughter in to see her in hopes of finding her a doctor to carry her on into adulthood, since she has several chronic illnesses and the pediatrician just didn't seem like they had the necessary experience and/or resources. RAN back to our pediatrician after seeing her! Never even did a physical exam! Just went through her Beaumont chart information and asked if she needed any referrals to specialists. We were interested in finding a new specialist, since one of hers wasn't doing as well as we thought he should, and she referred us OUT of the Beaumont system to a doctor we were already seeing and unhappy with! When we told her that's who we were seeing and wanted a referral to a Beaumont doctor, she told us that wasn't a good idea, that the other system was much better! She knew nothing about one of her auto-immune diseases at all, but said she could refer us "somewhere." We said no thanks and left. NEVER again!

Dr. Nancy F Mansour-Habib is inept. Dr. Nancy insisted, and demanded she knew patients’ pains & ailments better than the patient did - unreal! She made no attempt to diagnose “why my love was in pain”. Her care for her pain was greatly delayed because of Dr. Nancy. The only thing the Dr. furnished was elevated stress, so we left. We have a good team of specialist now! Pain is from narrowing of a canal in the vertebrae compressing nerve roots & hyperthyroidism which elevates pain.

I'd never subject any one I care for to this level of negligence and carelessness

Staff are a pain to deal with. They don't know how to code appropriately and neither does the Dr. I got stuck paying bills that could have been avoided. I tried with the office to fix the coding of the service provided 3 times and it was to no avail. The staff schedule your yearly physical without contacting or asking you. Then, they call you to remind you of the apt. When I told the receptionist I did not schedule it, she tells me it is automatic! I have never heard that before!!!!! Outrageous!

Dr. Mansour-habib was my pcp for 3 years. She is such a great doctor but her staffs are rude!!!! I love doc but changing my pcp because of her staff members. It is very difficult to speak with doc because staff wont respond to phone call promptly and a person receiving phone call for appointments is never polite. I rather go see a great doc with great staff.

communication was difficult She seems to have trouble relating to others, especially people new to the area. very judgemental about people with disabilities, Seems to have a set path she follows for everyone regardless of what patients are telling her.. I had already been under a doctors care before moving to MI, but, that didn't stop DR from suggesting tests that weren't needed for the conditions I was reporting, and had already had done within six mos.. will not be back.

Office staff is less than helpful and rude. Plus there is at least an hour wait everytime I've been.
