Dr. Nancy Ekeke, MD

Her ability to listen and do what's necessary for effective care. She ordered test and submitted referrals to ensure individuals received proper care.

Dr. Keke was the best physician I’ve had in in my lifetime. She was patient. She ran all the test that all the other doctors wouldn’t run. I was sick for four years and with one visit from her I knew what was going on with my body. she was patient she cared. She had her nurses call and check on me to make sure that the medication was working and that I was feeling good. My first visit when I seen her, I had to wait a little bit. She was running behind time but when I got a chance to go back into that room, I seen why cause she’s a physician that really cares about her patience I was so saddened to hear that she left Kaiser i’m ready to leave Kaiser and follow her.

After seeing a couple poor reviews, I felt it my duty to write a good one. Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Ekeke, and I think it was the most productive first visit I’ve had with a practitioner. She spent more time than allotted for the visit, listened to all my concerns, and ordered a battery of tests, many of which were never even considered by the number of specialists I’ve seen in the last few years. Based on that first visit, I’d recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and competent doctor who actually listens.

I saw Dr. Ekeke when I lived in Sacramento in 2021 -2023. She ordered all the proper tests and was thorough and knowledgeable. I will try to be a patient of hers when we move back.

(I would've gave no star) My primary doctor moved to a different location so I just saw whoever was available the soonest. First time seeing her, I checked in 15 min before my appointment time, waited 1 HOUR before I got called in! I wish she would respect my decision about taking more time off for work to recover but she rushes me back while I'm still injured and not feeling 100% recover. I feel like she rushes her patients' time and doesn't even show a bit of care for her patients' needs. I messaged her on MyChart about updating my disability and not a single response back. I went back to my primary doctor at his new location cause he's actually shows how much he cares for his patients. He gives me more than 1 options whether it's about medication, work related or professions (therapist, support group etc) and he 100% support my decision. Also, I appreciate him for taking his time and reply back to my messages, whether it's about a letter, forms etc.

She's very dismissive, doesn't care about her patients, isn't proactive, doesn't listen to patients concerns, not responsive at all, and overall lacks professionalism and care.
