Dr. Nancy Collins, MD

Dr. Collins was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I especially appreciated her efficiency and no-nonsense, putting me at ease over what I felt was an issue.

Dr Collins quickly set my mind at ease, I was astounded at the competent care. I was surprised that so many health professionals recommended her to me with the rating here, but after my first visit, I understood why; she is a GREAT DOCTOR. If you want a great doctor, go to her, if you want to go make a friend, go to church.

Dr Collins is a great physician! At first I was undecided because of the reviews but when I went for my appointment that all changed she answered all my questions. I won’t go to another gynecologist

I used to have IUD for 7 years that need to be changed,the first available appointment was with Dr.Collins I went first for check up and then 2- nd time for the procedure.My first impression was not good,because she was on a rush and I even need to ask her if everything is ok with me.My second experience is even worse!Is my second IUD and I already got a smooth experience with my first one,it was fast and only one cramp for a second that I felt.With Dr.Collins was very painful and it last forever to insert the new IUD.I never experienced more pain(I have 2 c-section before).She can’t insert the IUD she made me to feel cramps after cramps for 5 minutes or more. It was very traumatic experience for me! I stand the pains in front of her,the nurse was worried about me and came to check on me in the room when I was putting my shoes.I went out and started crying for 15 min.,I don’t know how I drove back home.The whole day and night after that I was in pain!It was a nightmare!

Collins was very condescending, rude, dismissive, and held 0 compassion. This woman should not be a doctor. She was in a rush and did not care about any of my concerns.Take this woman’s right to practice away.

Dr collins was very rude. She rushed and was very rough with my check up, it literally hurt and she seemed annoyed I tensed up. I didn’t ask her any questions I had because I didn’t feel comfortable. Horrible experience.

Please don't go to Dr. Collins. Rude, dismissive, accusative, uncaring, sarcastic!

This is my first pregnancy ever and Dr. Collins had the worst bedside manner ever. She didn’t even ask or acknowledge my husband who was with me in the room. She didn’t even explain to me why she was going to do a smear. I had to ask how far a long I was, and she didn’t even tell me a due date. I asked if she was going to do a beside ultrasound, and implied she couldn’t do it today because she was busy. All they had me do was pee in a cup and I did that at home twice before my visit, and she asked if I started taking prenatal vitamins and talked about down the road I might need to add an iron pill. She didn’t even say “Congratulations.” Needless, to say I found another OB-GYN.

A month ago my mother needed a very serious gynecological surgery and all family members were very concerned about her and undergoing surgery. My mother is 75 years old and she is a foreigner who doesn’t speak English well. I have to say that all our worries were unnecessary because we were blessed with Dr. Nancy Collins and entire Hospital where my mother was operated by Dr. Collins who is an amazing Doctor and Human Being with great Integrity!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Collins to anyone, sincerely!!!

I want to state first, if I had a chance to not have given a star I would have left it blank. She is so dismissive and short answered. The exams for the pap smears is very painful during and afterwards and I have never had discomfort 4 days after one. I told her also about a complaint and she ordered something for me, but did not explain why she ordered it or what it was actually for. So, I cancelled the appointment, then after my research, I tried to reschedule the appt because the pain was persistent, only to be told that I could not reschedule it until after I have another follow up with her. I have not rescheduled due to the unprofessionalism in the office, maybe if there was a different doctor, I might.

Rude. Rude. Rude. No explanation for anything. Is not receptive to answering questions. Sarcastic.

Less than a 1 a -10 should do it. She is the rudest, dismissive and uncaring Doctor I’ve ever encountered she had absolutely no bedside manner if it slapped her in the face. She would actually walk out of the room when I was discussing an issue with her and continued to walk away not looking over her shoulder. She ignored me while giving birth did NOT do an episiotomy on me like it should have and therefore caused me nerve damage I have lived with for 8 yrs now when I came to her about the pain she said I was lying and had no disregard for my well being I had to actually research the problem myself and when I couldn’t take the pain anymore I saw Dr Lukowski who diagnosed me within minutes of the same diagnosis I found while researching. I refused to see Collins ever again her medical license should be revoked. What an awful woman!!

She performed a cold knife cone biopsy and then a hysterectomy on me. I wish she had been my doctor sooner

Dr. Collins, is caring, compassionate and an expert in her field. I am so blessed to have found her for my physician.

I saw Dr Collins at Conway ER. I had Severe bleeding due to a miscarriage three weeks ago. She didn’t come see me till after I was there about 5 hours so my bleeding slowed down dramatically. She didn’t believe I was bleeding like I told her due to my blood count she told me she doesn’t like cleaning up other doctor’s mess. She said she thinks I just wanted to have a dnc. She is a Disgusting rude individual and no female should ever have to experience her!!! SHE IS HORRIBLE

I had an appointment a while back & was scheduled with Dr. Collins. She has no bedside manner & is blatantly rude. I'm overweight. I know I'm overweight. I had an appt due to periods lasting months without ceasing. Dr. Collins did an exam & lectured me on how women were typically the ones who take care of the home & they shouldn't be overweight. That was it. There was no medication given to cease periods, no plan, nothing. Just a lecture and a call back to let me know it wasn't cancer.

Dr. Collins has been the best Dr I've had. She takes her time with you and with any questions or concerns you may have. Her office is with all friendly staff. I would recommend Dr. Collins to all my friends and family. I have no seen a great Dr Collins in awhile and she is my top Dr. Dr. Collins delivered my 5th child by c-section and she never put me down being a 5th c-section. Thank you Dr. Collins much love

I read comments before visiting Dr.Coolins and I was hesitant. I ended up scheduling a appointment with her, because of her availability to my schedule. She is a fantastic doctor; did her work fast and comfortable while making me feel comfortable as well. I highly recommend her.

I saw Nancy Collins in order to obtain a hysterectomy. I suffer from hypermobile EDS, a condition she obviously never looked into more information about. Her care was appalling, especially a pelvic exam that was unnecessarily rough and painful (though she was informed I was uncomfortable), and I was treated very dismissively about post op concerns. When I informed the office I was told the other doc refused to see me because he didn't do the surgery, leaving me without care despite problems

If I could put a negative star for Dr. Collins’ services I would. She should not be a doctor. No compassion what so ever. The whole visit felt rehearsed.
