Dr. Nancy Cohen, MD

I saw Dr. cohen a while back when I went from private to va healthcare. I was already on meds and crossed them over st the VA. She had a very snarky stressed and attitude. She completely mismanaged my meds and had me running out of the new benzodiazepines within a week in a half. I went back and she basically told me there was nothing she could do to rectify her gross mistake. She has no empathy. I ran out of these meds and suffered a severe risk of grand mal seizure. She didn’t care. I had PTSD from war. I had thyroid disorders leaving me shaking. She told and scheduled me to go to rehab? The most wasteful! I am sober with over 20 years. I have since moved to another city where a va psychiatrist listened to my plea and asked “who is her psychiatrist” in a snarky manner. Another psychiatrist outside the VA asked me several questions but addressed incompetence on her behalf. She broke my hipa as well. 40 vets died this year in phx because appointments near impossible
