Dr. Butler is incredible!! Long story short, prior to becoming Dr. Butler's patient I had been seeing another ENT for years, constantly going to visits for ear infections and a perforated ear drum, that was not healing and getting worse. Finally, I was said enough is enough. Tired of paying co-pays with no results I switched to Dr. Butler not only has she taken great care of my health issues concerning my ears, but the perforation has also healed. (No surgery) but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! "Love you Dr. B."

Dr. Butler is truly a God send. She absolutely loves what she does and cares for her patients. She operated on my son and his quality of sleeping has literally been a complete 360. I am so thankful for her and will refer her to anyone looking for an ENT Doctor.

Dr. Butler was truly amazing. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She did my sinus surgery, I was amaze at her commitment to me her patient even after the procedure. She gave me her cell number to call with all my concerns no matter the time. Dr. Butler shows compassion and empathy for her patients. I am happy for finding such an amazing provider. Oh let’s no forget her staff, grade A! They show what it look like to have a great leader. By the way her staff took care of me just like Dr. Butler.

I received a lot of help, concern and care from Dr. Butler. She was running behind but once she got to me she spent time with me, answered all my questions and really wanted to help me not only correct my DNS and also I asked her if she had any ideas about weight loss, she directed me to look into WFPB diet and I believe this will save my life - she told me that the Seventh Day Adventists comprise the only blue zone in the United States and they have been extensively studied in Loma Linda - I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I saw Dr. Butler after seeing several ENTs in the area over the past 5 years. I have a long history of sinus surgeries and polyps. Dr. Butler is by FAR the best ENT I have seen since moving to Florida! She and her staff are exceptional! My surgery was a great success, and Dr. Butler and Neha worked tirelessly to help get me approved for injections that will keep the polyps from recurring. (Even though most doctors would prefer to just make more money doing another surgery in a couple years.) It is hard sometimes to get through on the phone to the office since she works out of the hospital, but I have ALWAYS received a call back after leaving a message. I could not be happier or more grateful for all the excellent care I've received!

After sticking a probe down my nose and said i had a lot of mucus (which is what i saw her about) she wrote down the name of an author and told me to read his diet book. Said it was food related. IT WAS NOT ! went to an allergist a month later and was tested. Allergic to dust mites. Thanks for nothing Dr. Butler ! Cost to medicare, several hundred dollars.

The most amazing ENT I’ve ever met, she took my fiancé case the result were amazing within 5 hours of the surgery competition. I can’t think her enough. If you in need of an ENT please please contact her office it could change your life!

Dr. Butler is a breath of fresh air when it comes to Doctors. She is always upbeat and positive. She explains everything thoroughly and isn't afraid to spend a few extra minutes to make sure that you understand what is going on. She even went above and beyond to accommodate my needs on a weekend when she absolutely did not have to. I wish we had more like her. Highly recommended!

She was supposed to put temporary drainage tubes in my child's ears but for some reason Dr. Butler put permanent T tubes in. Years later my daughter had to undergo a second surgery to have to T tubes removed. Thanks for putting my daughter through 2 procedures thanks to your oversight.

Dr. Butler is one of the most informative, open, honest and personable doctors I have ever had to please to see. I completely trust her with all my physical/medical needs and know that she will do what is best for me in all aspects of my health.

So thorough, intelligent, patient, informative, no nonsense and straight to the point,beautiful inside and out and she wants whats best for you. I trust her whole heartily and is so worthy to be called a doctor.
