I've been a patient for a couple of years. Dr. Brown listens to my complaints, asks questions and we make a plan.

Dr. Brown is a good listener and remembered details that we had discussed several weeks earlier. She addressed each of my concerns. I would definitely recommend her. She has already made a difference in my health. Sometimes a person needs to be quiet and listen to what the doctor says. I trust her.

One of the worst doctors I've ever met! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Her staff was great, she however makes you feel belittled. Acts as if she's a psychiatrist instead of a rheumatologist, and "fat shames" despite efforts to lose weight. Horrible bed side manner, and speaks to you like you're unintelligent and interrupts you. Overall very rude. Will never go back!

She is rude, uncaring, and should be anything besides a rheumatologist. Her front office staff is hard to work with. Dr. Brown would rather talk than listen! She loudly interrupts constantly before you can answer her demanding questions! I waited over 2 hours on the rudest doctor that I have ever seen! Not going back!

Ms brown is a joke. I come here with a relative for 8 YEARS! She is a pain in the side and rude. When we decide to do something that is best for the relative, Ms. Brown disagrees, and practically a bully. My relative leaves very upset and about to cry. Ms Brown is rude, obnoxious, a bully, and overall shouldn't be in the medical feild.

Positives: She helped me more than any other physician I have seen over the years for my condition. She looks at the whole body and spends time to listen and explain. I never waited more than 10 min to go back. Negatives: There are "rules" such as having to pay an amount if you don't show up to an appointment, having to share prescription list from pharmacy, having to set up next appointment before leaving, not permitted to wear perfume or scented products in the office -protect sensitive pts?

Dr. Brown is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Yes, she wants it to be business, but she is there to make sure we are getting the right diagnosis. I have been her patient for about nine or ten years, but she is the only doctor who listened enough to follow up with specialists when needed. She knew when I should be hospitalized. She keeps up with you as a as a patient.

Dr. Brown was friendly but it seems as if she wants to practice psychiatry. She blew off my complaints of fatigue, joint pain, malar rash and positive ANA testing. She attributed my pain to a car accident that occurred 22 years ago. She chose to focus on the fact that I "looked anxious" and spent the majority of the time asking questions pertaining to anxiety. A month later another rheumatologist diagnosed me with Lupus. I would not recommend Dr. Brown.
