Absolutely 100% on satisfaction from entering the front desk to checkout. All A’s on entire staff. Having a biopsy can be scary but they made me feel at ease. Dr Barrett was exceptional, clear with all explanations and answered all questions clearly. Nurse Kara was very kind and explained everything well. Jeri was very helpful and friendly with me from beginning to end. I’ve never been treated better anywhere else. I appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Barrett and her staff and have the upmost respect for all of them.

There’s no denying Dr. Barrett and her staff truly care about their patients. Dr. Barrett took her time listening to me and going over things even more than once. Her nurse even gave me her number if I had any questions before or after surgery! Dr. Barrett stays busy, but I’d rather wait a few for such a great doctor and staff!

Dr. Barrett was confident in what she was doing, as well as super sweet. Answers any questions I had, and had awesome bedside manner. Made me comfortable through the entire procedure. Her staff is so good! They’re the sweetest ladies !

Dr. Barrett performed an emergency operation on me in February 2021, in the middle of the night, during a snow and ice storm. She explained what she was going to do and why. She listened to my questions and gave me good answers. Her bedside manner is top notch. She listens and explains. She even returned my phone call regarding a post surgery question on the weekend! I had a colostomy due to a perforated colon. Two months later she reversed the colostomy and has me back to functioning normally. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Barrett.

Not good, what doctor comes in your exam room and tells you did she do your biopsy when it had only been two weeks ago. Hmm, She didn’t make my results clear at all. Wanted to do another surgery right away without doing another imaging. Not good at all, scary!!!

Dr. Barrett has the best bed side manner I have ever seen in a physician. I would not go to anyone else but her. She has done 4 surgeries on me, and the last one it was emergency surgery and she came in to take care of me on her way off. I will not see anyone else but her when I have to have surgery. You re in good hands with her.

Difficult to schedule appointments. Extremely long wait times. Dr. always seems rushed. Doesn't explain things at all. Seems bothered to answer questions you ask. Doesnt tell you what's even going on. Exams are very rough and awkward for whatever she is looking at. Overall not a good experience.

No bed side manner left with more questions and a high feeling of anxiety she's very cold I thought she was a breast specialist little did I kno she s afenerap surgeon no wonder I was given a biopsy instead of discussing what the radiologist found and went with a watch it approach highly advise you to seek a specialist at Vanderbilt of having b9 breast issue

Dr. Barrett and her staff are awesome! I was scared to death to have a biopsy done and she did everything to lesson the anxiety including having one of her office staff stop by during the procedure! I moved out of state and will truly miss having Dr. Barrett as my Dr. Maria

Dr. Barrett did a great job repairing my husband's hernias. She was professional, caring, and efficient in every way. He is now recovering nicely, and we appreciate the way she listens to and tries to accommodate the patient's individual needs and wishes without compromising the health concerns.

Dr. Barrett removed my gallbladder. She has a great bedside manner and I had no complications from the surgery. I liked her a lot! Her staff were very nice too and very willing to help in any way possible.

Would highly recommend Dr. Barrett and staff. Very professional, friendly staff, was kept informed and discussed at length my concerns and my options! Surgery was scheduled quickly and am very pleased with the outcome. God forbid I ever need surgery again but if I do, it will be with Dr Barrett!
