Dr. Nan Jiang, MD

I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit.Firstly, I was asked to pay 168 USD upfront, even before seeing the doctor. This was the first time I encountered such a “pay-first” policy, which I believe does not align with a typical patient experience and could undermine trust between patients and the clinic.Secondly, the doctor appeared unprofessional throughout the consultation, providing no meaningful advice. Furthermore, the visit ended abruptly without sufficient examination or analysis, leaving me uncertain about the quality of care provided at your facility.I kindly request a reasonable explanation for this experience. I hope that the clinic will consider improving its procedures and service quality to offer more professional and reliable care for patients in the future.

I love Dr. Jiang. She is compassionate and very nice but she divides her time between two offices & she has taken on too many patients to be effective. Half of the time I am seen by her assistants & they don’t know my health like she does & don’t do as good a job at managing my issues. I can’t ever get a refill on a basic script like blood pressure medication or asthma medication. It usually takes a week of me harassing the office with 3 or 4 phone calls before I’m able to get the prescription called in. I’ve learned that you better not wait until you have only a few doses left before calling in a refill or you will go without your medication for a few days. Before the pandemic I would have to go in every six months before I could even get a refill which I found a bit excessive & expensive. Dr. Jiang is excellent but it’s not easy to get access to her when you need her. Also, wait times are a little long because the office is always packed. I think she is just stretched way too thin.

This clinic is unable to properly code basic blood panels on routine annual physical so that YOU will receive the bill instead of the insurance paying. They will never correct this after the fact. The bill will stay with you! Ridiculously poor clinic.

This dr is never in her office pawns off her patients to assistants . I was misdiagnosed and prescribed medication i refused because im allergic. I ended up in the ER due to her negligence. Ive never been treated so horribly by a dr and im a senior citizen. Shame on this unprofessional behavior.

I turned 65, went for a full medical exam. Doctor did not show up at appointment. An assistant asked a few questions, took blood pressure, temperature and weight. Sent me to give blood and that was it. NO physical exam, NO urine test, NO EKG. I asked to see the doctor and they informed me she was in another office. I thought the physical exam will be after getting the test results. I was wrong they wanted to do a zoom meeting with an assistant which I refused. They scheduled me to see another doctor, I waited for 1.5 hr in exam room. let me repeat 1.5 hours. When a young doctor showed up and I complained about the 1.5 hour wait time, he said If I am not happy I could leave which I did. Needless to say I have to find another Primary Care Physician. I left disrespected and angry.

Great doctor, very helpful and very caring.

Dr. Jiang was very Professional and knowledgeable, I'm lucky found a good doctor.

January 10 was a great visit. And will be seeing the doctor in three months again

Dr Jiang is a very thorough and patient doctor. She has really helped me manage my health.

she is very friendly and very care of her patient. I am so glad to have her to be my family doctor.

The doctor is OK. But the staff dealing with bills is incapable and dishonest. I did routine annual check in their office. Before I did the physical check. I asked them several times if the check is covered by the insurance. They told me yes. But two month after, the lab fee is rejected by the insurance. Now the person dealing with billing said she already told me the lab fee was not covered by the insurance at the beginning. She even did not dare to tell her name when I try to complaint her.

The doctors at this practice have a good bedside manner and the facility is clean and comfortable, all of which is marred due to their inept billing department. I've visited this office for the past year and every other appointment I've been given a surprise past balance due. Upon my last, I was met with several surprise past balances dating back to August 2017 with no explanation as to why I wasn't sent a bill. I was only given poor excuses trying to divert blame to the insurance co.

I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS DR'S OFFICE AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT. I WISH I PAID ATTENTION TO THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. THE STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES. THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE IN-NETWORK AND THAT THEY TAKE MY INSURANCE AND I WOULD BE 100% COVERED BUT THEN THEY SEND ME A HIGH BILL A MONTH LATER. THE DOCTOR WAS VERY COLD AND DID NOT SAY MUCH AND WAS NOT HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS YET THEY CHARGED A HIGH CONSULTATION FEE. DO NOT!!!!! VISIT THIS OFFICE.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jiang since she took over the practice of Anthony O'Dwyer, M.D. years ago. She is an outstanding doctor, always helpful & willing to explain things. I had a lifesaving liver transplant 17 years ago, and I fully trust my life to Dr. Jiang. She is up-to-date on new technology, and advances in medicine. I trust her, and I respect her...great doctor...brilliant!

I had a fantastic experience with her. I came in with my children and needed some things done. I felt like she was very patient with me and explained everything. I have a lot of trust in her expertise.

I like this doctor, who take care my family for many years, I trust her.

Dr. Jiang is really efficient and kind. I am a patient with Dr. Jiang for about 5 years now, she had never denied my requests and always on point when I go visit her. The office environment is quite, clean and professional and the wait is not over 15 minutes.

She take care of me for 10 years, very good Doctor, also staff is very helpful.
