Would leave negative stars if I could. Horrible dr. My mom was a patient at Carlton Shores. He never addressed her congestive heart failure issues, refused at adjust medicine dosages. After all indicators of a blood clot in her arm and scan showing further evaluation was needed he said he would address it in 48 hours and if we took her to ER her would not approve transport so she could come back to rehab. Horrible bedside manor. Horrible care.

Incompetent doctor. Released my mother from Carlton Manors Rehab to home knowing she had blood and mucous in her stool and never checked that she had C-diff and a Urinary Tract Infection. This caused my father (family) tremendous distress as she had continuous bowel movements - 8 times a day. Because she suffered seizures and muscle collapse -- cleaning her up or getting her to the bathroom or shower was a tremendous task for my father. Now, he's at another Rehab -- Indigo Manor where she is!!
