Very Good Doctor and detailed explanations prior to procedures. Also very good at checking up after procedures.

William was in the ICU at Inland Valley Hospital. He was seen in consult. I was very impressed with Dr Raghu's kindness, understanding, and care. He knew what to do and how to approach my disabled son's treatment. He listened; he addressed the issue.

Dr. Raghu went above and beyond my colonoscopy to find out that I had some areas of my colon that needed to be biopsied while he was cutting out polyps. He found an unrelated slow growing b-cell lymphoma in that area and now I am undergoing treatment for that cancer. He also noticed my PSA had spiked and that led to finding another cancer, slow growing, but aggressive in my prostate gland. So, he was the doctor who cared enough to report what he saw. He is an excellent doctor, and I am coming back to him now for a combination endoscopy/colonoscopy this time. I think the impatient patients (patient is a misnomer) who complain about the staff and the doctor are also the kind who chronically complain about everything that they have to be patient (sic) about. If you care about your gastro health, don't wait, call doctor Raghu. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had, and he cares!

Not sure how this Dr stays in business. First I got a referral from my Dr in August. So I got an appointment in October. I thought this for colonoscopy. No just for Dr to see me first. Then had a colonoscopy scheduled today December 6. So I went through all the prep (as many know no fun) and go to where I'm to have procedure done. I get there and they say they have no information of my scheduled colonoscopy. I go to Dr Ragu office to ask what is going on. They gave flimsy excuse the billing department never got OK from my medical provider. They never contacted me this and I'm not on schedule for colonoscopy. Now they want to schedule another. Lesson learned always confirm several days in advance.

I like the Dr but the office staff are very curt and interrupt.

Dr. Raghuwanshi did my colonoscopy & endoscopy he's a very good Doctor ... However his staff is awful. I waited while his staff were giggling & running to look out the window. Terrible front office personnel.

He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I really appreciated his thoroughness.

Dr. Ragu has been my GI doc for the past 5-6 years. Quite simply, he is awesome. He is the most knowledgeable, competent and professional GIs that I've ever been to, and certainly in the Temecula Valley. Dr Ragu did a GREAT job on my colonoscopy, very pleasant and professional and took the time and patience to go through the results with me thoroughly, in detail. He was also amazing taking care of my wife and her pancreatitis attack she had a few years ago. Couldn't recommend him more highly!

Dr Raghuwanshi has been my gastrointestinal Dr for 2 years. Have had 2 surgeries performed by him . He listens to what your experiencing also has wonderful bed side manners.

Well. This review is really for the office staff. Dr. R. did a GREAT job on my colonoscopy, pleasant and professional and if he didn't use his present office staff, I would use him again. Now, the staff. This experience with his office staff has been the worst I have EVER had/seen and I'm 62 and a veteran. There follow up calls for appointments is Zero. Their communication is horrible! Their organizational practises are horrible. Cancelled my appointment the day before. No follow up info. Etc.

I have been going to Dr Ragu for 7 years. The first colonoscopy he found something. He said i think it is very suspicious, We could do another in 3 months or you should get removed by surgeon. Then the next day he called me said the more he thinks about it I should go to surgeon. It worried him. well I went had surgery it was stage 1 colon cancer. So I feel Dr Ragu saved my life. I have had to have a colonoscopy on 1 year anniversary and every 3 years since. He is so very kind. The Best

I got infections after the colonoscopy procedures. The staff is not professional at all you feel like you are going to a gas station to get your colonoscopy donne they even charge you $2.5 or 3% for using your credit card. Unprofessional.
