Dr. Elias is extremely caring and in the post transplant clinic he never gives the appearance of being rushed. He is extremely personable. All of that of course on top of being an excellent surgeon. You cannot choose your transplant surgeon because it depends on who is on when a liver compatible with you is available, and I am sure the other transplant surgeons are excellent too, but I am quite happy that I ended up Dr. Elias as my surgeon.
