Communication lacking
Poor communication from doctor and office. First, did not feel she explained thoroughly what she thought my husbands issue might be. Did a lot of google searching. Also no communication from her office regarding a procedure that was done as an outpatient at ECMC. No clarification as to time or pre procedure routines to follow. Ended up being an hour late for test due to lack of communication from her office. Hospital staff was very apologetic, but her office had the responsibility to contact us with details.
What went well
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
