Dr. Nagaratnamma Madireddy, MD

Dr. Madireddy was the pediatrician on call at the hospital when my son was born. A year after his birth I received notification in the mail that I had an outstanding bill with Narla and Madireddy MDs, and since I had not taken care of the balance, it was now going to a third-party collections agency. I called the billing manager, Michelle, to get more information, because I had never received any communication from them before this letter. When I asked why all of this wasn’t sent to my insurance provider, she said they did not have my son’s name on file and so tried to bill the insurance as “baby boy” but it was rejected without his legal name. According to my insurance provider, Madireddy is an in-network provider and should have never billed me directly or sent my account to a collections agency. This office lied about contacting me for my son’s information, was rude and unhelpful in dealing with this issue in a timely manner, and is incompetent in handling insurance claims properly.

had and appointment today and the office was closed I called the day before just to confirm and never received no call they would be closed , when we do come for our appt every question I have is rushed and never cared for. I always feel like the dr thinks everything is normal and doesn’t have any concerns for her patients

Also this office has the same team the same family when I come in rather it be with my 15 year old or 2 year old it's so comfortable for them

I have been taking my kids here for almost 9 years and can honestly say I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. The staff is fantastic always says hello whenever we come in and so kid oriented. My son has had to be referred to a few specialists and whenever I ask for a specific doctor there is no questions asked or suggestions for a different one. The only downfall is that they don't do calls for appointments but set one in my phone when done. She is fantastic. Love the walk-ins they do.

My kids has been going to see this dr for the past 8 years. She is great and so helpful. I have a busy life with work and my kids being in school and martial arts. But I put their appts on my colander for reminders. The girl up front of the desk has a lot of work to do to be reminding me of an appt. that should be important enough for me to remember. Thank you all for all the work you do!

Front desk isn't pleasant no greeting and they don't call you for reminder for appt or even a text email anything Parents do forgot things ! Dr is okay but not as friendly either

The front desk lady never say hi nor even welcome you. She look like a stuck up person who never smile. They also don't call to remind me my daughter's appointment day either. As a parent, I can't remember when is her next appointment even though I do have it written down on my calendar but that doesn't mean i have time to check due to my busy work schedule and other duties as a parent. I feel like they are unorganized and can't even answer my questions when I'm concern. Very disappointing!!
