Dr. Alikhan has been a blessing
Dr. Alikhan and her entire staff at Access Madison have always been very good to me: conscientious and attentive to my needs, making timely referrals, tweaking and filling my many prescriptions Just all around a very good experience by a caring and concerned internist.

I would’ve easily given her a zero if I could. She is so unbelievably rude. My doctor didn’t have any appointments available for weeks and I really needed to see or speak to someone so I scheduled a telehealth appointment and they placed me with her. She began screaming at me telling me that’s she’s not the middle man and she refuses to ever speak to me on the phone. Her words were “I’m not the middle man here and it’s so cold outside and I have to come in for you” UNREAL. Isn’t your job as a doctor to care for sick patients?! I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me to slow down on the “back to back kids” when I mentioned I had 2 kids when I’m 20. She then assumed I had no education. Extremely unprofessional!!

I’ve never spoken to a doctor who was more rude, disrespectful, and incompetent before. In fact, the entire practice was quite incompetent. I was told I would get a call to confirm my appointment, and if I didn’t, that I had to call the office myself to confirm my own appointment an hour before it was scheduled to ensure that it wasn’t canceled. When I didn’t get the call, I called an hour before as instructed. I was then transferred to Dr. Alikhan for no logical reason. She then proceeded to berate me, ask me what I wanted and why I was calling, I explained I merely called to confirm my appointment but we had a scheduled appointment at 4:30, she then told me she doesn’t see clients at that time. I went on to explain this was the time the front desk scheduled me, she said she didn’t care, and that she was an internal medicine doctor who couldn’t help me with my ailment, all while never allowing me to speak or explain what my specific “ailment was”. This doctor is horrendous.
