Dr. Cox has been my primary care provider for over 10 years. She is thoughtful, respectful and, a BIG plus for me, never dismissive of any health concerns I've brought to her attention. I never feel like I'm being rushed through an appointment & can usually get an appointment within a very reasonable time frame. She's good people & a really wonderful practitioner.

The staff at the office are very prompt and supportive and even with how busy they are they still take the time to answer questions. Dr. Cox especially, her attention to detail and also really wanting to fact find and investigate makes her more than the typical check off the box and move on type of dr. I also appreciate how she involves you in the conversation about your health or concerns and doesn’t come off as dismissive or that you are being a pain. Although no one really loves to go to the dr, she makes it a lot easier to walk in knowing you’ll actually be heard.

I saw Dr. Cox as an urgent visit for an infected finger. She was efficient saw the problem immediately and treated me and what I now see as very effective care the finger is feeling much much better. She respected my information and my story about what was wrong. And one of the things I think is key with any provider is she was listening to me, she heard me. Sometimes the very fact of being heard is the most important and she listened very very well and I think that’s important. That is a of course aside from her competency which she was absolutely competent. I appreciate that they got me in very quickly this part of the reason why this group is excellent. Highly recommended both the group and Dr. Cox. Thank you Dr. Cox for your help in my hour of need.

Dr. Cox has been by physician for almost 15 years. She is also my sister’s doctor and was my mother’s doctor. She is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and a good listener. She is easy to talk to, and she offers important insight in our conversations. I feel confident in bringing any concern I have to my visit. She is timely and efficient in her appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Cox as a wonderful health professional for individuals or families.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Cox?
Dr Cox took me off a medication that was working and when I asked why I couldn't go back on it she consulted my chart and cited a side effect that I was not having. I had an appointment cancelled because I was 10 minutes late due to traffic (I was in communication with the office the whole time. I could see the office when they called and cancelled). When I finally saw the doc two weeks later I was kept waiting 40 minutes. Had another cancelled by them and when I called back to ask why they hadn't called to reschedule, they consulted my chart and said I had "gotten a new doctor". Not true. I mean, well it is now. I complained about how unprofessional all this is and without attempting to talk to me to sort it out, Dr Cox expelled me from her practice. unacceptable. Stay FAR away. Had been seeing her for 12 years, and everything went terrible when she got swallowed up by COPC group.
