Was there when I needed her.
Dr Horchner accepted me as a patient at a time when I really needed her a few years ago. Since then, our relationship has grown stronger as we have gotten to know each other. She is serious and thorough- and I like that.

She is fine, but communication with her office is an absolute failure. Repeatedly. The office/staff do not return phone calls nor does the My Chart system for M Health Fairview work correctly. Very untimely communication, if done at all. This is unacceptable and I may have to move on.

She is unable to ever just make a referral or refill a Rx - she always wants to see you. For someone in excellent health she is just a gate keeper trying to squeeze you for the visit even when we both know she is going to be of '0' value added.

My daughter is autistic and has always relied on me to help advocate for her. She has been treated by numerous doctors and we have always been treated with respect. I found Dr. Horchner to be rude and disrespectful. She was more interested in being irritated when I would give my input than in getting to the bottom of my daughters issues. I left very disappointed in the care my daughter received. I think we will be going back to her previous internist even though this office is more convenient.

I rarely go to the doctor, so when I do it is out of my comfort zone. Dr H made me feel uncomfortable and as if my illness was inadequate because some things didn't make sense. Can't fake a fever. I feel belittled each time I see her. I say something she doesn't agree with she awkwardly stares at me and chuckles. I don't think it's a laughing matter. My prescription was sent to wrong location. After I clarified several times. I will be asking for a new doc if and when I go in again.
