The doctor is fine but the worst support staff.

Visit was timely and professional throughout.

Starts out with horrible front office staff! Never answers calls or returns them! Doctor is a good at what he does but he is even horrible communicating!l

He was prompt and thorough with his explaining the process of examination while performing the cystoscope, then giving me a prescription for overactive bladder.

After a simple bladder and kidney stone removal, spent a month in the hospital trying to find the cause of kidney internal bleeding caused by the surgery. I had several major bleeds that endangered by life. I would recommend staying away from this doctor.

The hospital staff was very professional along with operating room personnel. Their performances were great and I felt conformable before and after the operation. Thanks

Office Staff does not return phone call I have left several messages to get Appt. No return call

Great bed side manner and answered all my questions and was able to get in for a procedure the following morning following my appointment. Not being able to leave a message on the phone system and having to wait on a return call after sending messages on website is annoying.

Office phone system will not let you talk with a live person. Will not return calls- never. Have never waited less than 90 minutes for my appointments. Seems they do everything for their convenience, not for patient care

I never got a visit because Syed's staff never answers the phone and they don't respond to messages on the patient portal - so, no appt. He could be a great doctor, but I'll never know.

I had to make several trips over a few months to Texas Urology. The staff was well trained and very knowledgeable. A couple of times the waiting room was packed though my wait time was usually short. Dr Syed was very helpful and I felt at ease. This is coming from a guy that really feels uneasy in any medical facility.

I asked to show up 30 minutes early, which I did. This was for a 9AM appointment, so I can't imagine that he was already running that far behind. When I showed up, I was asked for my forms that I had filled out online. They told me that they do not get that information, so I had to fill the forms out again manually. This should have been communicated when the appointment was made. The blank forms were copies of copies and several questions were unreadable. I then waited for an hour after the appointment time and left. I feel that if a doctor can't manage his time and have an organized staff, then I don't want that person to manage my healthcare.

The only problem is that I could not get my co-pay amount before the visit and that too after trying very hard to get it.

I was having issues and Doctor Syed was able to see me quickly. He is very thorough and compassionate and takes his time explaining available options for treatments. I would highly recommend him.

This is one of the best doctors I have ever been to.

Dr. Syed was able to give us a fresh start on life. He is a compassionate doctor, listens to his patient, and is a wonderfully skilled surgeon. We are grateful to him and his staff!
