Dr. Finn caring explains the procedure; post care
Dr. Finn is wonderful in easing a patient’s concerns, respectfully answers any I questions and explains every detail of the procedure as well as needed after care! Colleen and Donna were also very helpful and calmly keeping me aware of what was happening and what to expect next! All three woman made the procedure bearable and less stressful!

Telehealth
Visit was very easy from start to finish. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr Finn had a fantastic bedside manner and explained everything and answered my questioned. Top shelf Doctor in my book.

Biopsy
I returned to AMI for a biopsy on my right breast. The nurse, the technician and Dr. Finn were very calming and offered answers to any questions that I may have had. Very professional.

Great bedside manor
Dr Finn, along with the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant. Their attention to patients is excellent. Dr. Finn is very knowledgeable and professional, in a warm, friendly way. She explains everything in an understandable manner and is open to all questions.

Very accomodating!!
I thought my appointment was at 8:30 a.m., so I arrived at 8:15. Unfortunately my appointment was actually scheduled for 9:30. Nonetheless, the staff got me in for my mammogram about 8:30 - they didn't make me wait until 9:30 which they could have done. Next time I'll check my calender to make sure of the appointment time. Dr. Finn went over my test results since this was a callback visit. She was excellent!!
