Dr. Murthy Vuppala, MD

This was my first visit with Dr. Vuppala. He was referred by My family physician. The staff was very nice and friendly from check in to check out. Wait time was not bad at all. Dr. Vuppala was nice and listened answered all of my quesitons. He had a Med student who came in ahead of him and asked questions with my permission. She was nice also. He seems to be Very thourough because he scheduled me several lab tests. I had to cancel because of conflict of other procedures to my health. I am calling today to reschedule. Unless things are different with my follow up visit, I would recommend Dr. Vuppala to my friends/family.

This office is very unprofessional and the office manager is rude and unhelpful. I called this morning to find out why I have not received a return phone call from their office. I learned that Dr Vupaula‘s nurse had to leave unexpectedly and he has a new assistant. I told the girl it wouldn’t my fault that she had to leave and then when I call and leave a message most people want to return call back. I ask was the new employee not trained to follow up on telephone calls. It could potentially mean life or death for some She told me I was hateful and hung up on me. So I’m hateful because their employees fail to do their jobs and follow up. If you can’t handle your office managers job; then maybe you should change careers. I would avoid this place at all cost. I see why the rating is below 3.

Dr. Vuppala is an excellent, caring doctor. His staff are super friendly. Appointments are easy to schedule and wait time is minimal.

Excellent medical care, advice and followup. The breathing tests were administered by experienced Staff. Dr. Vuppalamurthy is courteous and reassuring.

He is very caring.
