I have seen Dr Memon twice. I am completely new to having any heart problems. He advised a stress test, which I took. The test showed some problems. He advised some medications, and a heart cath procedure. As I didn't know anything about it, he explained how it is done and why. He urged me to have it done, because, he said you could have a heart attack without dealing with it. I told him it was hard for me as I have never had to take medications, or have procedures. He came over and gave me a big hug, and said " it will be alright", and gave me some tissues. He is a little difficult to understand as he is originally from India, but a nice man who showed compassion, which very few doctors do.

Had an episode in early August, went to E.R., thoroughly checked, sent home. My doc calls and wants to see me. We talk, he suggests Stress test at Jackson Cardiology, my insurance doesn't cover them. Have to go to Michigan Heart, assigned Dr. Memon. Walks into the room, stares at his computer screen, tells me I have AFib and will be on blood thinners rest of my life. Listens to my heart. And at the end of apt. looks at ER results , states "you are normal". Won't return. No stress test

I was taking a lot of nitro, all week. A lot! Drove 45min. No ekg, no tests. He said I didn't have a "pattern", "No need to check". Can we check, anyway? he says, ok. I needed five stents! 5! Pattern? ppsstt. I wont ever see him again. And their office automatically makes appointments for you. No thanks.
