I went to see Dr. Patel about shooting pains in my left thumb. He misdiagnosed it as a glomus tumor and has me scheduled for a follow up visit to have it removed. Upon my second visit to see his on site surgeon who was supposed to do the procedure, examines me and tells me there's nothing wrong with my thumb and that there's nothing he can do. He seemed totally clueless and actually asked me what I intend to do with my thumb (???). I wasted 40 dollars for nothing.

Dr Patel is certainly losing it. Not to be considered at all for surgery or treatment of the hand. He did a trigger release on my finger about two years ago. It was fine, so when the same condition happened to another finger, I went back to see him. He told me he would get authorization for me to do the release. After calling many times, office staff hanging up on me, he gets on and very rudely says i don't do triggers anymoregoodbye.he needs to retire...too old and nasty.Find another doctor.

To make a long story short, I went for the 1st.time for a consultation the end of October, He suggested to pay $100 for an Ultrasound but it happens that I didn't have the money so I called back the first week of November and spoke to April Lee and asked her for her to get me a referral since she's the only one that can do that, been that she's the right hands of Dr. Patel, a month passed and we keep calling they hang the phone down, did it several times during the month of November.
