Rude staff and Questionable Doctor Visits
The reception staff is incredibly rude. They often give my husband and I conflicting information. We have had to call with problems for every single prescription refill we have had. It has been a nightmare just trying to get them to release my child's paperwork so we can transfer to a new pediatrician. As for Dr. Longi, we have had long waits or no return call at all from the emergency telehealth line, but my biggest concern was when we talked to him for an allergy pen refill due to its expiration. He asked if we really needed one because hadn't needed to use it yet. As my son still has anaphylactic reactions upon exposure to the allergen, this was very concerning.

This man is an angel!!!
I can’t say enough about Dr Longi, my son was born with Colpocephaly which causes many other problems like autism, severe anxiety disorder, separation anxiety, food adversion, encopresis, and he won’t allow anyone to touch him.After a year of seeing Dr Longi all of a sudden one day he ran up to Dr Longi and hugged him and said “I love you” and that was the start of a very very special bond with him to this day and he’s 16 yrs old! He absolutely will not let anyone touch him but Dr Longi. He draws pictures for him and he always says “I love you” before we leave.Yes I agree the staff could use some serious customer service classes but it’s all worth it!!!

After paging him, he returned my call 48 hours later, yelling at me to never call his number again. I wouldn't walk away from this doctor, I would RUN! Very unprofessional and extremely rude.

I wouldn't recommend him, I'm actually looking for another Dr. My daughter has had knee pain for awhile in which they cannot find the cause, so instead of sending me to an ortho Dr. , he wants me to bring her back to his office and waste my time because he already ordered an MRI and she's in physical therapy. He refused to give her pain medication and I can't imagine how another appt. with him would help her. I'm thankful that he did what he could but its time to move onto a specialist.
