Dr. Muhammad Naeem, MD

First and LAST visit to this doctor. First person in at the Stone Oak Methodist office. Checked in. Got taken back to a room. ONE HOUR LATER....no doctor. No "I'm sorry there is a bit of a wait" NO NOTHING. You will pay $50 if you are late, but this doctor does not respect your time. GO ELSEWHERE. I immediately called my insurance and got a referral to another GI doctor. There is no excuse to treat patients this way.

Their Stone Oak location is only open a few days per week for appointments and only from 2pm to 4:30pm. I arrived for a 4:30pm and waited an hour before I confronted the receptionist (incompetent) who told me there were still 3 patients ahead of me. I was also given the wrong suite # when i first scheduled the appointment (apparently she blamed that on another receptionist who keeps giving patients the wrong suite#), and there wasn't even a sign on the door that said GastroEnterology...

Dr. Naeem listened closely and responded to my concerns thoughtfully and with clarity. He seemed very conscientious, competent, and very aware of current research.

Used procedure facility that charged far above allowable for insurance, even though I asked if it was within coverage. Miscommunicated the results of my colonoscopy. Got an apology..said, 'want me to buy you lunch?" Seriously? Tried to call, even wrote letter, trying to resolve billing issue. ZERO response. Never should have gone to him. Caution--please check your insurance coverage yourself.

I had my first colonoscopy today with dr Nadeem. I want to thank the whole staff for making me feel comfortable. Everyone was very nice and polite. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you to all that attended to me today

His staff is incompetent. It took 5 calls and a threat of changing doctors before I was given an appointment. I showed up to the appointment after driving 2 and half hours. They had no record of my appointment. I was seen and scheduled for an endoscopy, a month later. He showed up just as they were putting me under and did not show up at all after the procedure. When he left orders for a diet that was not conducive to my diabetes, it took over 24 hours to get a response.

My daughter Keiko was dx with sensitive to gluten she has struggle with pain for more than a year saw dr Naeem and the visit with him is been good trying to figure out what to do next to find out Keiko abdominal and lower back pain she was ordered to have a capsule test as of today's date and all struggles we have not have had her results jet dr Naeem staff has been reschedule Keiko appointment because their system is down or dr has not reviewed the results is taking almost 4 mo. Idk what to do.
