Dr. Muhammad Javaid, DO

My appointment was the best I’ve had in 20 years. He is kind, understanding and through. He gave me time to explain my symptoms, when I couldn’t quite articulate he filled in the gaps perfectly. He knew exactly what I have been suffering with. He ordered test and prescribed medication that is working great. Hands down the best doctor I’ve seen in two decades.

After visiting multiple doctors and specialists for my chronic symptoms and general quality of life without any progress and actual deterioration of my condition, Dr. Javaid is the first and only doctor who listened to every symptom and never once rushed me. Even taking the time to physically examine different personal concerns, asking follow-up questions, and explaining the treatments needed. Best experience I've ever had with a doctor!

Referred to Dr. Javaid by primary care physician due to extreme pain in knees and lower legs. Sent for a complete imaging series on 11/22. After waiting three weeks for results, tried to contact Dr. Javiad only to be forwarded to multiple automated switchboards and disconnected. Stopped into his practice on 12/12 and after explaining why I was there in person, was treated like an inconvenience. I explained that I was on my way to work and had limited time. After being made to wait in the waiting room, I was lead to an exam room only to wait another significant amount of time before another doctor (Dr. Joe) came in to read the images. He stated that he was going to get Dr. Javiad to speak to me. Again, I explained that I needed to get to work and had limited time as I was now late. He assured me that Dr. Javaid would be in shortly. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, I left the office never to be contacted by Dr. Javaid. Worst healthcare experience ever.
