Dr. Mst Khatun, MD

I went to Dr. Khatun because my usual doctor was out sick and she was the only available doctor that was able to see me right away. She was late to our appointment and when I started telling her about my symptoms (fatigue, hair loss, weight loss, feeling of not being satiated, extreme thirst) she told me that I should not be telling her a whole list of symptoms because it would be hard for her diagnose me. The whole reason I went to the doctors in the first place is because I wasn’t feeling well and for her to tell me that was very frustrating. She then proceeded to order a whole panel of tests, one of which costs $1200 (which she did not inform me about). Anyway, she’s an awful doctor that made me feel bad for getting checked up and would not recommend her to anyone.

I saw Dr. Khatun because I had broken my back skiing, and the ER doctor told me to get a referral to a spine specialist. Dr. Khatun was late to the first appointment of the day with me, and did not know how to use her speakers and headset. I tried to help her, she ignored me and we continued with terrible ringing the rest of the appointment. When I tried to describe my symptoms I was met with stonewalling, belittling, lecturing and was talked over continually. She did not listen to my concerns, and I had to beg her to write down what I was saying to her so I could get a referral. In the end, she was incapable of doing anything besides calling the "consulting office" to get a medical opinion. Easily the worst doctor I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs.
