Both Dr Sood and the nurse are incredible both with their medical knowledge and bedside manner. I don't feel rushed and they both really took the time to walk me through each step.

The Dr is definitely competent, but I have issues every time I have a visit. Getting prescriptions filled is very painstaking. Every single time a refill is issued I have to make multiple calls to the office due to the prescription never being sent to the pharmacy correctly.
