The office staff does not do their jobs. They over charge and then don't give you a credit until you inquire your insurance company. My insurance company had to call them to get my money back. Then they lie and ask if you receive a letter. Never sending one. They have an adittude that makes you very upset. This Dr. better find out what in the heck his employees are doing. With this corona 19 going on and me 71 should not have had to go to his office to get my $150.00 credit. Which could have been done on the phone instead of 4 days later. I had to go in the office.

Good care and thoughtful professional. We've found his entire staff to be thoughtful and professional. Far better than what we've experienced with other doctors in the area. He cared enough to make sure he had the right team to help my dad. He is willing to listen to the family and address concerns.

Dr. Atfeh could not care less! And it shows. His patient in the hospital & THE SAME BUILDING. & zero visit. ZERO CARE! office is FILTHY staff is as nasty as possible. If you or a loved one is sick..Good Luck!

Dr. Atfeh is a very trusted doctor but wait times are way too long and to get any information from this doctor to other doctors for surgery clearance etc. takes way too long as well. Had to reschedule my surgery because of this practice. My surgeon spent 4 days trying to get info. Wait times are always well over 45 minutes because he is so overbooked and in such high demand. Not sure if I had a real emergency that Dr. Atfeh would be available and for that reason, I would not recommend him.
