Dr. Moses Gallegos, DO

Have been seeing for years, he’s a pro, never late never missed an appointment, dismiss these negative reviews, simply tell him what’s wrong and he gives you your options, knowledgeable guy who gets to the point and that’s what you should expect, if you want a sugar coater to drag you around sure theirs plenty of those out there

Some of these comments crack me up. I've been a patient of his for 15 years or more and he's always been great. He tells like it is and has been pretty spot on with his diagnosis in my experience. His demeanor seems fine to me, but maybe some folks want a pass on bad habits and to be spoken to like a puppy? lol...

I needed a new primary care doctor, and this clinic is nearby. I actually tried to get in to see my fiance's doc in the same clinic, but she is on maternity leave, so I agreed to see Moses without doing any research. I wish I'd read these reviews first. What a complete waste of time and money. From the moment he entered the room he was aggressive, dismissive, interrupted constantly and even rolled his eyes at me when I explained a condition I'd been previously diagnosed with. With that personality he's better suited to be a repo man than a doctor. Seriously, avoid this guy at all costs if you can. Total jerk.

Amazing Doctor. Have been a patient of his for over 20 years. He has guided me through colds, car accidents, cancer, surgery and normal life changes. Always compassionate and a great advocate to have on your side. Highly recommend.

I have never felt the need to leave a negative review for any physician, but I left the clinic after my appointment with Dr. Moses very disgruntled and frustrated. He was extremely dismissive (consistently talking over me) and unengaged as I explained my symptoms, failing to give any helpful feedback as to how to treat my current condition. I had been in a lot of pain for about a week prior to my visit, he made me feel as if my problem was unimportant and I left not knowing how to proceed.

A lot of the reviews here have the same message: doctor Gallegos “makes you feel like they are bothering him;” that he’s condescending; and that patients are made to feel bad or even guilty for sharing their medical problems with him. This was my experience with Dr. Gallegos, when I saw him for a serious issue, 6 days post-surgery, about which I was still learning, and confused. Like the other patients here, I was inexplicably treated in an abrupt, dismissive and condescending manner.

We as a whole family been seeing this Dr from the last 5 years. He is very caring and like to explain concerns in details. At one of my recent visit to Dr Moses my sister was with me and the first thing she said to me as we walked from the exam room that you are in the hands of great physician.

My experience with Dr Gallegos over the past 8+ yrs as a patient have been fairly spotless, great chair-side, keen listening skills and his exposure to both the holistic and traditional care arenas have offered me care options when confronting health issues. Kind hearted, good clinical knowledge, attentive and collaborative are descriptives for my experiences. Never had a bad experience .. as a healthcare recruiter who has hired physicians for large healthcare organizations - like this guy !

The most condescending doctor I've ever met. Incredibly rude. Perhaps he should find another profession. I think I'm leavening NWPC altogether because of my experience with him.

On a recent holiday we found ourselves very worried about our 8 month old daughter. She was born prematurely and her weight has been a constant worry. After about 24 hours of diarrhea we decided to call the on call physician for our clinic. Dr. Gallegos was the on call provider and was incredibly rude. Not only did he do little to reassure or validate our concerns he made us feel bad for even calling. Upon explaining our situation he responded with "is that a question?"

I had a VERY unpleasant visit with him today, I brought my baby in and she has had some alarming symptoms. I asked some questions and he answered as if I shouldn't be asking him questions. I felt his exam was short and that he didn't have any desire to help me find out what was wrong with my baby. He literally had me in tears because of his lack of care for my child and he made me feel as though I was bothering him with my concerns and questions I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Don't know why this doctor is even practicing medicine. He treats patients like they are bothering him. He's rude and uncaring. 3 people I know, including myself have had the unpleasant experience of seeing this doctor when our own doctor was unavailable. I wouldn't take my dog to him. Don't expect any compassion or helpful advise. He just insults you and can't wait for you to leave.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gallegos for 13 years and think very highly of him. However, with NW Primary's move to not accept Medicare, I can no longer see him. I have secondary insurance thru Cigna. I'm very upset, because I liked going to see Dr. Gallegos, and trusted his health care. Do not like going to Doctors, but he was always a pleasure.. Milt Gocus

Dr Gallegos is warm and friendly and provides great care with a personal touch. Highly recommend Moses Gallegos as your family physician!
