wonderful experience so far
he listened to what was wrong and has adjusted my medications as my anxiety has progressed. I do feel as though it is under control now. He is very knowledgeable about medications and I will continue to go to him.

Completely incompetent
The first time I met Dr. Moses he suggested I take a medication that has not worked for me in the past. On my second occasion seeing him he recommended the same exact medication I told him last time didn't work. Since then I have only seen his nurse practitioners and the last nurse practitioner I saw was completely clueless and literally Googling stuff when I brought up concerns about my medications which was basically the last straw for me. As I said in my review title Dr. Moses and his staff are completely incompetent.

Scam
Just to let you know beforehand: You only meet with a nurse practitioner, they charge you insane amounts of money if you miss appointments, they charge you for contacting them outside of your appointment time, and they will not accept prior diagnoses from other psychiatrists. If you can, you need to find another provider. This is a scam.

Good Doctor, but UNORGANIZED practice
I am struggling with Dr. Ambilichu. I think he is a good doctor and he listens to patients. He is very knowledgable about medications. I do not think he has a good set up for scheduling appointments. He does scheduling through email and this is very stressful. I've had his office schedule an appointment the night before without me knowing about. I've had two months of struggles getting my prescriptions refilled. The office is unresponsive to my pharmacy and the nurse practitioner I saw told me she was sending refills to my pharmacy and then did not. TWO MONTHS in a row this happened. This resulted in me being out of my medication and having serious withdrawal symptoms. He needs to get an office manager who knows how to manage scheduling, and he needs to get STRICT with his staff about medication refills. It shouldn't be this hard.

Jana Nurae Practitioner
I was seen by nurse practitioner. She was kind, listened well and made me feel comfortable. She will review my info w the Dr. She requested I send a copy of my medical records which also made me feel like my best interest is also theirs. A follow up appointment will be had to determine treatment.

I would not recommend Dr. Ambilichu. On multiple instances, He prescribed medications that had major interactions and did not tell me about the risk. I only found out about the interactions because my pharmacist advised me to not take the medications. The interactions were very serious, for example, causing my heart to beat irregularly or causing serotonin syndrome. He also is not good at explaining things. He is just pushing prescriptions with no patient education.

Same as the other reviewer, I only saw Dr. Ambilichu once. After that I only saw nurse practitioners. There is no communication between the two. He also was unable to send me my bills in a timely manner. It took 6 months for him to send me a bill and then he claimed I was late in paying. He also charged me for a 30 minute out-patient visit and psychotherapy with the nurse practitioner when the nurse practitioner was submitting my appointment as a 15 minute med check. Worst doctor ever!

I asked for an itemized copy of my receipt instead of a receipt that just says the amount owed and nothing else. He said he would not provide this and would just send it to collections. He is not customer service oriented, understanding, and relies entirely on his nurse practitioners so while I am technically his patient, I have never met him, just spoke with him on the phone.
