Rose and many of the nurses and other doctors or physician's assistants do not care. THEY RUSH EVERY VISIT, act annoyed, and forget sending prescriptions or writing referrals, which is bad for those of us with extreme medical conditions. The main receptionist is wonderful and the doctor that has an office in DHS, but fills in for Rose on Mondays is caring, genuine, and doesn't rush you. They only offer walk-in visits, but that can be good if you go at slower periods of the day. I'm no longer a patient there, but if I were, I would go around 8:30 am on Mondays and request to be seen by the nice female doctor who has a main office in Desert Hot Springs. I recommend writing down your symptoms, concerns, prescriptions needed, and tests you would like and hand it to her just before she leaves the room. This will help her remember everything to get you taken care of.

Worst doctor ever , I will never come back

I chose Dr. Zebrack based on the office taking walk-ins. That's the only pro. The staff is terrible. I mean, he's only running at about 50% mentally, but the girls that work in the office?.... forget about it. You will never get a refill, referral or advice. They are not trained to do anything but look at a list and call a name. Same for the 'nurses'. It's a sorry excuse for healthcare.
