Initially, I felt he was a good doctor. However, during the last 3 years I was with him, I felt as though he was rushed and stressed, and his answers were dogmatic. No give and take, just "do it my way." Female patients should be very cautious with his advice regarding taking Fosomax for osteoporosis, as it is dangerously inadequate; he is not qualified to advise in this particular area.

I've had a couple of good experiences with Dr. Roebuck, but I've also had some bad. He doesn't do tests that make the patient feel more secure about their healthcare, he has diagnosed without enough information and chose not to listen to the patient when the patient expressed concerns about the diagnoses (which turned out to be an incorrect diagnosis), and he performed unnecessary tests just because he didn't listen to the patient. He did help with one problem...and we're grateful for that.

I can't recommend this physician. He has misdiagnosed 2 life threatening illnesses in the past 2 years even after being asked to perform follow-up tests (which more proficient practitioners did--& diagnosed and treated illnesses correctly afterwards)

Dr. Roebuck is kind and caring. However, due to the Medicare guidelines, he is limited in the time he spends with patients. This, to me , henders him from doing his job effectively.
