Dr. Chen took such good care of me on the day that I saw him. He explained everything very thoroughly. He spent time with me, I did not feel rushed at all. Excellent experience!

Dr Chang is an excellent communicator and provided easy to understand feedback. He took the time to review my medical history and chart prior to the phone call which allowed for more time for me to ask question - very patient and very caring

He was very straight forward (which I like) and obviously knew what he was talking about and was able to easily articulate the information to me in an easy to comprehend way. I thought he was incredibly knowledgeable and felt like I was in good hands with him. This is the first survey I've filled out about a provider which for me is very high praise. I would absolutely recommend anyone going through sleep issues to see him

I'm always amazed at how proactive the receptionist is at calling and helping me schedule the next step of my care right as I'm thinking about it. I've never experienced that before and it took away some of the mental burden of care. Thank you!
