Dr. Morgan Koepke, MD

my wife is being treated for Stage 4 cancer and had Dr. Koepke as her primary care physician. She liked Dr. Koepke and was typically pleased with her and her brothers and fathers care. The support staff is another story however. My wife called to get a maintenance prescription refilled, as there always seemed to be some communication break on the refills. The support staff told her she would have top wait 3 weeks until the Dr. was available again, and proceeded to argue with her. This is not an isolated incident with the office staff at this location. The women then outright lied and said my wife was told she would have needed to call prior to having any refills prescribed, and further lied saying my wife was told by the doctor that she would need to call. Well guess what, I was in the room when the doctor spoke to my wife, and she was told she would only need to call if she experienced further problems with her head injury, Lack of compassion and people skills are a bad fit.

Dr. Morgan Koepke is a great Doctor. My husband and I have been going to her for many years. She is so thorough with finding out what is wrong when you have a problem. We are so glad she is our doctor. Everyone on her staff are nice. Mary that works at the desk so kind Marcy Dr. Koepke s nurse is good and gets back to you.. Bc

She is a fantastic doctor. She really takes her time to listen and talk to you.

Great doctor, but office staff is seriously lacking. Dr. Koepke's assistant (Lorraine?) constantly fails to return voicemail messages and is extremely difficult to communicate with. This is an ongoing pattern is definitely encouraging me to look elsewhere for a doctor with a competent office staff.

Dr. Koepke is very caring and takes her time with you. The only issue I have is I can never get through to make an appt. or to refill a prescription. I even tried faxing but the fax kept getting denied? I left several messages with her Medical Assistant but she doesn't respond to her voice mails. Good Luck getting in to see her. Otherwise, if you are one of the lucky ones, she's a great Doctor.

Dr. Morgan Koepke is a great doctor. I switched from a different PCP to her & I am so happy I did. I am younger but I have health issues. She will take the time to listen to me thoroughly and make sure I am on board with the medicine plan/treatment options. She answers any of my questions concerns & always makes me feel like I am the most important thing on her list. I've gone to a number of specialists and none of them compare to the patient care Dr. Koepke has. She is the best PCP!
