Dr. Moola Reddy, MD

I use to use this clinic years ago, and had seen Dr. Reddy, had very good appointments with him, but this time around when I tried to schedule with him, they would not allow me to schedule with him. The first patient care representative was a fast talker, not listening to me, but was trying to sell her business as if it was not even a health care facility. Very strange, and I didn't appreciate her pushiness and bad customer relations technique. So I waited a week before calling back to reach someone new. I wanted to schedule an appointment with a doctor whom I had reviewed about and chose him to see. Well, again I was refused, but was meant to be scheduled with another doctor who they wanted to fill just because it served their best interest. I was immediately offended, and told her, (Shayla) that I was no longer interested in scheduling with them.
