Don't. Go to another doctor.
Staff is terrible. Sometimes, imo, the docs also.

Great PAs, Terrible Staff.
I feel horrible for any medical professional that ends up working here. The PAs are always ready to listen, and are very knowledgeable. However, the records, scheduling, and referral departments are an absolute mess. I've had to wait hours (the longest being four) in their waiting rooms (plural). My appointments have been left forgotten and unscheduled, too. Things that should be on my medical record never get logged, scanned, or updated (new meds, previous diagnoses, referrals, etc.) so I have to keep my own notes and double check information with the PA seeing me each time. The one time I didn't do this I was prescribed meds that could have killed me with serotonin syndrome because the records of my meds weren't up-to-date. Good luck ever getting a referral from them, either. They will completely forget to do it, or submit a request incorrectly so it takes forever to correct. Do no go here if you value your health. Especially if you need attentive care for serious issues.

Extraordinary service
I am still seeing Dr. Yazhi and his NP Mrs Arroyo by telemedicine, they make sure to provide resources or refills for meds, even when I go out of town. They are AWESOME!!!

I went in to get documentation for FMLA for my employer, the records lady took my documents & had me jump through hoops to get the documents, once everything was filled out, she stated there was a 20.00 fee. Which is outrageous, because the fee was never mentioned. Dr Yazji himself is a caring man, & a good doctor, his staff unfortunately is fairly incompetent in my opinion. I came in for a follow up visit after surgery, I told the PA, Mr.Owais (cold & doesn’t listen to my needs) that in the hospital & since hospitalization I’ve been experiencing anxiety. That in the hospital they had given me anxiety meds & had been told that I would need to speak with my primary concerning the anxiety. Mr owais ignored my anxiety and didn’t provide medication or counseling to help. As soon as I can, I will be looking for another doctor because, his staff is horrible in my opinion. Mr. Owais refused to sign my documents and insisted I go to medical records. So, I paid my copay, & nothing was done.

Completely incompetent and uncaring staff. Forgetting to follow up on promises, not ordering prescriptions when promised, taking personal phone calls after having made a 95 year old wait for an hour an X-ray

Dr. Yazji is an excellent Doctor, however, you make an appointment with him and they put you with a PA. I've been calling their office all morning and let the phone ring forever and no one answers the phone. This happens a lot. I dont understand why.... it's frustrating!

I had a 2:40 p.m. appointment and I waited one hour and 45 minutes before even being called to the back waiting room. Once there, I waited another 45 minutes only to be told I had three people ahead of me. I left and I will NEVER return. Intentionally making a patient wait over three hours is ridiculous, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and not acceptable! He definitely isn't worth waiting this amount of time for. My time is just as valuable as his. Horrible service, horrible leadership.

The staff is incompetent. There is only one phone line and it is either ringing for a long time or busy. When I was put on hold on the phone, they often never came back. The doctors had trouble writing prescriptions. They have no email to contact. The doctors also push medication without looking closely at the patient's history. The clinic makes you come and pay copay just to get the lab results. They refused to email (they don't do email!) or via mail the lab tests for which I already paid for

I went in for upper respiratory problems. The receptionist looked at me and did not acknowledge me. There were a few people in the waiting area and the cleaning lady was spraying window cleaner which agitated my breathing problems. The cleaning lady started SWEEPING in the waiting area and she was sweeping around peoples' feet. Then I was in restroom when my name was called and they did not bother to try calling me again. It took nearly 4 hrs to see the doctor. The supervisor ignored my calls..
