Dr. Monte Zysset, DDS

I had an upper right molar that broke off at the gum line years ago, my fear of dentists kept me away. I woke up woke up today with the whole right side swollen. Went to pine ridge dental,they got me in with Dr. Zysset. Him and his assistant Taylor were amazing no judgement, very compassionate of my fear of Dentists, I highly recommend him. I was treated excellent by all staff members.

Our actual visit and procedure with Dr Tylka went well. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted. The procedure is quite expensive and they require payment in full at time of service. We went through care credit to pay for the extractions. I had never used care credit and wasn’t sure how it worked. I had done some studying on the care credit website to see that you could choose 6, 12 or 18 months to pay interest free. The ladies at the front desk waived me off when trying to get more information. The paperwork filled out by Dr Tylka’s staff indicated that I wanted to pay off my charges in 6 months. When I called the office to ask what happened they said they just checked the wrong box. I am stuck paying half the bill this month to avoid paying interest on the entire amount. Would not recommend this office based on billing department.

Superb- very precise and efficient wisdom tooth removal. The office was good about scheduling and discussing my concerns.

I had six upper front teeth missing and was sent to Dr. Zysset by my primary dentist to have dental implants. He determined I needed bone grafting done first. Everything healed well and my primary dentist finished with making the new crowns and small bridge. However, Dr. Zysset placed one of the implants directly under my nose on the median line, causing the crack between my front two teeth to be off centered and is very noticeable and I've been advised that there is little that can be done.

He put an implant in the wrong place in my mouth.
