dismissive and robotic
Persistently dismissive about all my concerns, and did not show any empathy throughout the appointment. she does not tell you the plan of treatment and if you ask will not explain further. throughout the appointment, it was evident that she did not care, did not listen to what i was saying and only focused on a very irrelevant problem than the one i was there to see her for. i kept trying to correct her about the issues, but she would not listen. despite the length of the appointment, she only saw me for less than half of the time scheduled, clearly not caring to listen to her patient. at the end when i finally told her my main concern again, she blamed me for all of my symptoms and said that there was nothing she could do. very dismissive and unprofessional.

Very condescending and rude
Dr medhi doesn’t like to be questioned even when she doesn’t have experience with the issue. You will get attitude, smugness, and possibly hung up on. Her main concern seems to be making sure you use a pill box so you don’t miss your meds. I do not recommend her for thyroid nodules.

Not a fan ..
She does not appear to be very caring and talks too fast and is hard to understand. Her emails are unprofessional as they always have misspelled words as if she is typing fast just get it out of her inbox. Does not take her time with you and really does not listen to your concerns.

I do not recommend this provider. She is not easy to talk with and she doesn't seem to listen/understand what I have tried to tell her regarding symptoms. The office staff and the PA are AMAZING, it's just the MD herself that is especially terrible.

finding a new Endo... – Dec 17, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Medhi?
I'm a long time patient of this practice, but the doctor was new to me. Staff is great and polite. The doctor was very brash and we weren't on the same page about my situation. I was hoping for some constructive help as well as a bit of positivity and found neither. Very sorry things did not go well. I will be looking for another doctor in the near future. I'm quite disappointed.

I would not recommend this doctor. The parking is good, the staff is competent and friendly, but the doctor was very brash and inconsiderate. It was a difficult appointment and I will be looking for a new specialist. She did not explain things well and I left a little confused.

Dr Medhi is an excellent doctor. She diagnosed me properly After several other doctors had missed my thyroid and autoimmune disorder for many years. She is very attentive and really listens and is very thorough. I trust her and she always does the right thing for me. She listened to me when other doctors wouldn’t. She took my complaints seriously and found the problem and has been helping me to manage my health issues very well since 2013. Thank you Dr Medhi.

i have been seeing Dr. Mehdi and her staff for 8 years now and have had all good experiences. I had a thyroid issues that had to be addressed. I don't have to wait long for my appointment and I generally show up about 5-10 minutes before the appointment. I meet with either Dr. Mehdi or the PA Teresa. Both have always taken the time to sit with me and talk about how things are going with my health and answer any questions I have. She also records the conversations into the laptop at the time, so the information is recorded immediately and not forgotten. I would recommend her.

Terrible experience with Dr. Medhi. She is arrogant, rude and impatient. She doesn't want to hear what you have to say...she knows everything. The worst doctor I have ever seen! I definitely will not be returning.

Very bad experience at this practice. My husband first (and now only) visit started out bad when after checking in we were told by the receptionist to have a seat and after letting in 3 patients ahead of us finally checked us in after I asked what was going on. After that she kept giving me dirty looks. The PA did a good job of explaining the plan of care however Dr Medhi was rather rude and condescending and accusatory stating it was his his fault for not taking better care of his diabetes

No bedside manners at all, lacks empathy, and does a poor job in communication. Saw her twice and promptly decided to switch doctors. The first visit she stressed using a weekly pill box to me so I don't forget to take my meds (which I never had nor suggested it was a problem). That was her main concern!

I have been seeing Dr. Medhi & Amy for about 4 years. She dx problems my PCP & thyroid surgeon missed. I do not agree with so.e if the reviews that say she spends little time. She has always spent a lot of time answering my questions s & concerns. I give her an excellent rating!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Medhi?
PA Amy was extremely throrough and knowledgable and spent a good deal of time with me, but Dr Medhi only spent 1 minute and was more of an introduction of herself than a medical visit. Will only be using this provider because of limited doctors in this field in the area that accepts my insurance and at this time I only need meds monitored. Also was extremely upset at the condition of the office. The office is the dirtiest medical office I have ever been in. Was uncomfortable even sitting.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Medhi?
Terrible bedside manner. Doctor Medhi became so fixated on the fact that I don't use a pill box to manage my medication that she failed to prescribe me what she thought would be the ideal regimen of synthroid (instead of a mix of 125 whole pills and halves, she stepped me down to 112). Lacks empathy and respect for her patients. Left me feeling anxious and unhappy each time we met.
