Dr. Monica Vidal, MD

Went to establish care as a new resident of Ca. She failed to be professional, talked down to me, assumed I was a drug user, very judgemental, and condescending. She had access to 2 yrs of previous med records, plus copies I had in hand. Lacks education and knowledge of medications used outside their original purpose, which lead to her assumptions of myself being an addict. My condition(s) cause weight loss and muscle loss, among other things. She flat out put incorrect information on my check out papers. If you have any medical conditions above a head cold, I highly suggest seeing a M.D. in another clinic.

She's very nice, explains things clearly, willing to listen to the patient's complaint. I like her as a Doctor. I'll go back to her soon!

If you have an appt to see Dr. Monica Vidal I suggest you cancel it. She is extremely rude and does not listen to what the patient has to say. She has no problem yelling at patients and denying them care. I truly do not understand how this woman is practicing medicine. Now most time I read reviews I take everything with a grain of salt as I work with 5 surgeons and know that things can be blown out of proportion. However, I can guarantee you if you need a good MD, this is not the DR for you.
