I love Dr. Gutierrez! I go to her for my spasticity management due to Cerebral Palsy. She listened. I really recommend her if someone needs help with there spasticity management and also who needs an adult doctor that understands Cerebral Palsy in adults!

Dr. Verduzco-Guiterrez has been my doctor for several years now. I've been in a wheelchair for 26 years and have had many doctors through that time. None have been as conscientious and thorough as Dr. Verduzco-Guiterrez. Not only is she an expert in her field but she takes the time to listen and understand what I'm going through. I couldn't recommend her more highly and I'm proud that she is my doctor.

Dr. Gutierrez is a phenomenal physician that has helped me tremendously through my recovery process. My unusual bilateral femur fractures along with a significant preexisting condition, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, makes me a challenging patient. She and my orthopedist collaborated to create a recovery plan that helped me get back to my everyday life and a successful level of independence.

Dr. Gutierrez has been a major part of Emily's recovery from her multiple strokes. Dr G's overseen her from almost the beginning & has always recommended the best path for her recovery and it has always been customized for what my daughter needed medically and psychologically. She has overseen her inpatient & outpatient rehab & recovery for the past four years + 3 months. Emily continues to show progress in rehab and her recovery, very much in thanks to Dr. G's knowledgeable guidance & kindness.

I met Dr. Gutierrez after suffering a severe brain injury in 2014. Dr. Gutierrez is my outpatient physician and has directed my continuing recovery over the past three years. During that time, Dr. Gutierrez has listened to me and my husband like no other doctor has. Along with her incomparable communication skills, Dr. Gutierrez is an expert at spasticity management and has helped me move from a wheelchair to a walker and from dependence to independence. She is my angel.

My wife was affected with a massive ischemic stroke and given little hope. We were blessed to be accepted by TIRR where we met Dr. Gutierrez. A committed caring and compassionate doctor who is ahead of the curve in rehabilitation. Her outstanding qualities include true involvement, openness and objectivity, a willingness to listen and respond quickly, and extremely thorough. She has been a gift to us. We continue to see her in Clinic and she remains instrumental in my wife's recovery.
